Central and convenient hotel, helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, immediately opposite the station. The helpful staff got me into my room early. The breakfast was good, and the barman made me a lovely negroni!

Pros:

Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Il personale è super accogliente e sempre disponibile. La camera era molto comoda e pulita, e la colazione davvero varia e abbondante, c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta. Consigliatissimo!

Perfect location and comfortable
Pros:

Perfect location opposite the station and on the edge of the city centre. The public areas as tasteful and well looked after. The room was comfortable and aircon worked well.

Cons:

For the price, the room was a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint in areas.

The fact that was right across the train station which I needed to take very early in the morning

Cons:

The service was horrible. The attention to customer at the front desk was the poorest I have experienced ever. I arrived at night as I missed a train and they told me they were booked out. Completely dismissive and with poor attention. When I left trying to find another hotel to stay realised that I could actually do a reservation through booking… I went back and his response to this was ‘oh yes you can book through booking’. I was already in distress loosing the train and finding myself alone and late in a city I don’t really know. His lack of attention, not willingness to share crucial information and not showing any consideration left me puzzled..

Sweated all through the night due to poor room maintenance and lack of caring about my comfort

A/C didn't work. Called room service they came and looked and didn't fix anything. Suggested I open the window and let in the bugs. I asked for a fan to help cool room. They didn't have one
