I thought all the staff were lovely. It was convient for my needs. Although take note it is in front of the train station, and in that area there's sometimes a suspicious people late at night. But I always felt safe.
Posizione ottima per chi deve lavorare, ottimo servizio del garage collegato direttamente con l'hotel. Camera molto pulita e confortevole. Camera meno rumorosa del previsto dato che si trova davanti la stazione con traffico molto intenso e lavori in corso.
La possibilità di raggiungere telefonicamente l'hotel. Ho dovuto chiamare più volte e rimanere in attesa per lunghi minuti per chiedere delle informazioni riguardo l'arrivo presso la struttura.

Loved it all except we had an issue getting our rental car out of the garage...they had us so parked in we almost missed our tour. It took an hour to get our car out....
