התאכזבנו מאוד. עזבנו באמצע למרות שהזמנו 5 לילות

לא אהבנו כלום

Cons:

הגענע לחופשה ל 5 ימים. כבר מהתחלה התאכזבנו .
לא הייתה אמבטיה למרות שבהזמנה כן היה כתוב אמבטיה.
לא היה סבון ידיים. הזמנו ולא הגיע כלל. רק למחרת כשביקשנו שוב מאנשי הניקיון ישירות אז הגיעו וראו שבקבוק המילוי שהיה באמבטיה, היה שבור ואף אחד לא טרח לקחת אותו לפני כן.
אין שירות חדרים כלל! אפילו קפה אי אפשר להזמין לחדר.
ניקיון לקוי- היו במקלחת שערות !!
בריכה קטנה מאוד עם הרבה סדקים. הבת שלי נשרטה מהם וילדים נוספים נשרטו גם כן. כשילד קופץ למים, כל הבריכה רועדת. ממש מפחיד ! יצאנו כעבור מספר דקות
בארוחת הבוקר המאפים הוגשו קרים .
למחרת ביקשנו לעזוב ואכן ארזנו שוב הכל אחרי שפרקנו ועברנו למלון אחר, שם היה נפלא !!

מיקום מעולה - ברגל לממילא, לעיר העתיקה, למתחם התחנה ולמשכנות שאננים. צוות מקסים, חייכן, שירותי וידידותי - היה להם מאוד חשוב שיהיה לנו טוב - טרם נתקלתי בשירות כזה נפלא בארץ. חדר מהמם, מרווח ונקי. מיטות סופר נוחות. הייתי עם ילדה בת שמונה וגם היא נהנתה עד הגג. היתה לנו חופשה מושלמת - תודה רבה לצוות המלון, אנחנו בטוח נחזור וגם המלצנו לכל המשפחה המורחבת.
For English speakers: this is by far one of the best experiences I have had with hotels in Israel. The place is beautiful, clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed in their hotel. I highly recommend it (I came with an 8 y/o child and she had a great time as well). The location is also perfect.

Piscine correcte pour Jerusalem
Plats au bar de la piscine peu cher et très correct

Cons:

Personnel peu avenant et même désagréable. À revoir en urgence.
Petit déjeuner très peu qualitatif Surtout le lendemain de chabat, ou rien n’est frais.
Repas de chabat beaucoup trop cher à éviter absolument. Les hôtels proches sont moins cher.

הגענו למלון לבלות את ליל הכלולות שלנו, ולמרבה הצער החוויה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ביחס לציפיות. כשהגענו, הצוות כמעט ולא התייחס אלינו, למרות שכולם סביבנו בירכו אותנו - ואשתי הייתה מותשת מאוד מהיום. קיבלנו את החדר באיחור של 45 דקות בדיוק, וללא כל התנצלות.

בנוסף, לא הייתה מים קרים בחדר. הצוות היה לא נעים באופן כללי, גם באזור הבריכה. הזמנו אוכל בבריכה עבורי ועבור אשתי, וההזמנה כולה הגיעה קרה. ביקשתי שיעלו לנו מגבות ומים, ולמרות שהתקשרתי 4 פעמים ברציפות, לא קיבלנו כלום.

מצד שני, הבריכה נעימה ומזמינה מאוד עם נוף יפה, והחדרים מרווחים למדי.

בסך הכול, חוויה שהייתה יכולה להיות בלתי נשכחת הפכה למאכזבת בשל שירות לקוי מאוד.
