Pleasent stay, excellent location but have had better experiences from other hotels in the same vicinity and hotel grade
Pros:

Superb location , mostly very clean and excellent breakfast

Cons:

Cleaning of the rooms could have been better. Beds were not made as when you first entered the room, would have appreciated a bottle of water each day in our room lol other hotels which I have stayed at similar to the same kind of hotel . The staff also were ok and not exceptionally attentive

חוויתי מאוד , ענה על הציפיות שלנו . נקי ומסודר זה שהות שנייה שלי אצלכם בהחלט אחזור שוב :)

המיקום היה מצויין , הגענו להופעה של דוד ד'אור וסליחות והיה מצויין היה במרחק הליכה קצר.
אני צליאקית ולארוחת בוקר היה לי מענה מנה יכלתי לאכול ומה לא.
החדר נקי ומסודר ענה על הציפיות שלנו.
.גם אנשי הקבלה עשו את עבודתם בזריזות ללא עיכובים שזה גם מאוד חשוב.

משום מה לא יודעת בדיוק איך קרה אבל באמצע שישנתי סביבות חמש בצהריים נכנס לי מישהו לחדר .
לא יודעת אם היה מישהו מהצוות ניקיון או אדם זר לאחר מעכן הלך אבל עדיין מוזר מאוד.

Confort excellent mais personnel à revoir

L’emplacement et l’hôtel était très bien mais dommage le personnel n’était pas a la hauteur.La réception plutôt de mauvaise grasse pour nous donner satisfaction de choses basiques par exemple je voulais payer pour mon fils étudiant qui allait arriver dans la nuit et qui était dans l’avion il a fallu 15 mn de palabres pour obtenir que je paie.
J’ai invité shabat midi 16 personnes à déjeuner
Après l’entrée j’ai demandé qu’on débarrasse les assiettes de l’entrée,la demande avait l’air de les étonner et la serveuse a appelé le chef de rang qui lui a dit de le faire. Pourtant il y avait bien 2 couteaux et 2 fourchettes ……. Dans le lobby à 12h30 personne au bar ni eau ni possibilité de prendre un apéritif en attendant l’ouverture de la salle à manger à 13h30
C’est bien dommage l’hôtel pourrait prendre un grand essor et concurrencer l’Inbal
