Hotel excelente! Todos os funcionários foram muito educados e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. A localização é ótima, facilitando bastante a locomoção. O espaço é muito bonito e agradável. Com certeza eu voltaria! O café da manhã é simples, mas saboroso e suficiente.
Cadre magnifique avec vue sur le lac. Chambre et bungalow avec une décoration agréable et très bien équipée. Très bon restaurant.

Chambre à la déco originale offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac. Une belle terrasse privée. Petit plus : le poêle à bois avec le bois déjà préparé à l'intérieur.
Les très nombreuses marches à grimper pour atteindre la chambre, ce qui à 4000 mètres d altitude peut être un peu sportif.... Mais le personnel a très gentiment monté les bagages

This is a lovely property with excellent service, friendly staff and as many reviews note, the best restaurant in town. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. There are flowers, art pieces and pretty details throughout the property. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
As with many places in Copacabana the hills and climbing up stairs take time. Especially at altitude it can be challenging. The rooms at Cupula are built on hillsides so each room has stairs to get to them. The staff carried our bags up and down. We got used to it, and the gorgeous views of the lake and town were worth it!

We loved everything about the property. Its position on the hillside above Copacabana, gave us amazing views across the bay (from room 28, the highest in the small hotel). We enjoyed the log fire and hot tub in the room as well. It also had a balcony and deck chairs, as well as a simple kitchen. The onsite cafe did great breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were so helpful and kind. It was a short 10 min walk to the ferry to Isla Del Sol.
Probably the best hotel we have stayed at in our 3 months of travelling in South America.. !
We did not like having to leave… we could have stayed there for days.!!

Loved the views onto Lake Titicaca. It had a great restaurant attached with excellent coffee and food.
Chloe was very helpful helping sort out a flight issue and was super friendly..

Stunning location with breath-taking views of the Lake and Copacabana Bay. Individually designed rooms with plenty of charm and character. Loved the central heating and cosy bed, spacious with lovely walk-in shower and jacuzzi.
WiFi was patchy but this is not the fault of the hotel. The data everywhere in Copacabana is patchy.
