Location was great, the hotel is very well maintained and has a very pleasant character.

Cons:

The room for two people didn't have enough storage space. For example to hang clothes, and put items such as backpacks purses, etc, room 10. We had to use the table and chairs. They could use more clothes and towel hooks in the bathroom.

Le personnel adorable et aidant (les propriétaires parlent français, ils m’ont beaucoup aidé lorsque j’ai eu besoin de consulter un médecin)

Pros:

Lovely helpful staff, beautiful rooms with views of the lake. Onsite cafe and restaurant both great. Such a peaceful place to just relax.

Cons:

Can be cold at night, bed is cosy but some extra blankets would have been nice.

Pros:

Room 11 had one of the highest vantage points overlooking the port from its lovely balcony in this little enclave of properties on a hill. The spacious room’s entrance was a hatch door and had plenty of windows. I also had a fabulous dinner at the in-house restaurant (tip: make a reservation as it’s popular with everyone who comes to Copacabana)

Cons:

The wifi connection was inconsistent and weak. I had to keep switching between different networks to get the best connection. Room and bed was very cold at night even with the heater on. What this space needs is a fireplace.

Pros:

First of all, I have to give 100 points to the staff, they are excellent, the place looks a bit like a fairy tale village, our cabin had jacuzzi and wood fire heater( tha we didn't used), beds are comfortable and the cabin looks a bit like a yert. The breakfast was OK, the only thing that needs to be improved is that the Internet in the cabin was very slow
