Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder - schade!

Stond na 15 min weer buiten en naar mijn geld kan ik fluiten. Ik zou dit hotel afraden!!

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was een enorme teleurstelling.

Bij de reservering was duidelijk aangegeven dat wij zouden komen met een Labrador van 8 maanden. Dat was geen enkel probleem volgens het hotel. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek echter dat de kamer ontzettend heet was. De temperatuur liep op tot ongeveer 45 graden. Er was geen airconditioning aanwezig, waardoor de kamer simpelweg onleefbaar was – zeker met een jonge hond.

Toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie, werd ik allesbehalve klantvriendelijk geholpen. De reactie van de medewerkster was letterlijk: “Anders check je gewoon weer uit!” Daarnaast kreeg ik te horen: “Je hebt de goedkoopste kamer geboekt.” Ook werd gezegd dat er wel kamers met airconditioning zijn, maar dat je niet zeker weet of je die krijgt. Dat is geen excuus wanneer de temperatuur in een kamer zo extreem hoog is.

Omdat de omstandigheden onmenselijk waren en er geen enkele bereidheid was om met een passende oplossing te komen, hebben wij besloten direct weer te vertrekken. We hebben dus niet eens in het hotel geslapen. Ondanks dat hebben we wel de volledige kosten moeten betalen. Het voelt alsof ik naar mijn geld kan fluiten, terwijl het hotel niet heeft kunnen bieden wat je als gast minimaal mag verwachten: een leefbare kamer.

De manier waarop er tegen mij werd gesproken was onprofessioneel, respectloos en absoluut niet klantgericht. In plaats van begrip of een oplossing, werd ik feitelijk de deur gewezen.

Een hotel hoort een veilige en comfortabele plek te zijn voor zijn gasten. Een kamer met een temperatuur van ongeveer 45 graden is wat mij betreft onacceptabel. In combinatie met de slechte service, de onvriendelijke houding van de receptie en het feit dat wij noodgedwongen direct zijn vertrokken zonder enige vorm van compensatie, kan ik dit hotel absoluut niet aanbevelen.

Sehr enttaeuschend, Das einzige TOP war der Preis!

Leider nicht wie bei der Suche angegeben klimatisiert sondern bruellend heis und ohne vernuenftige belueftung. Keine Parkplaetze nur fuer VIP's. Behinderte Parkplatz lau schraube. Da bedienend Personal war sehr nachlaessig. Ich habe bei unsere 2 Essensaufenthalte nie gesehen das ein Tisch gewischt wurde. Alles Speckig und Dreckig. In der Noordzee Bar war die Thekenplatte fettig. Mann konnte seine Name darin schreiben. Auch dort war NICHTS klimatisiert, Personal musste man suchen also....

Fint hotell nära havet
Pros:

Fantastisk utsikt mot havet.Fint rum.

Cons:

Vi ville ta en drink i baren,ringde på klockan vid baren flera gånger men ingen personal kom,gick då fram till receptionen som sade att det skulle komma personal men efter 15 minuter gav vi upp.
