Comfortable short stay
Pros:

Comfy beds, blankets and pillows and effective black-out curtains. The rituals toiletries were really lovely.

Cons:

Our hair dryer in the room did not work. We got charged 10€ per day for our parking bay without being informed about the price in advance.

-27. Şubat sabah 6.30 da resepsiyondaki personel çok agresifti./“sorduğumuz sorulara yanıt alamadık. Sorularımız fatura, otopark gibi konulardı. Kendisinden rica etmeme karşın bana azarlayıcı ve kibirli, ukala şekilde hitap etti.
- faturamızı vermediler. E-mail göndereceğiz dediler göndermediler.
-otopark için extra günlük 10 € istediler. Bunu detaylarda okumamıştım, ancak olabilir. Bir çok yer istiyor.
Sonuç olarak verilen hizmet kalitesi bu oluyorsa gene olarak diyecek bir şey yok.
