Cons:

This hotel has set a new target of low. Expensive and disorganized, the Hotel is clearly completely uninterested in customer complaints. My room not being cleaned (repeatedly tried to achieve this, to the point of checking the list of the room with receptionist with no success), on one day the door was even left open, wasted a lot of time sending emails (as requested when I complained to hotel reception) that are clearly not read, keep receiving standard templates "we hope you enjoyed". Disorganization covers every aspect, including waste management, no wonder in the parking you can enjoy the sight of rats

Pros:

Everything was great! The room was tide, clean and cosy. The bed and sofa were comfortable with white sheets and cosy blankets. There were enought towels and also we appreciated tea, coffee and kettle.

Cons:

We had to pay for the parking 13 euro for one night stay

Teleurstellend
Cons:

Er werd ons verteld dat we konden ontbijten van 7 t/m 11 uur. Dit bleek echter niet het geval waarna we geen uitgebreid ontbijt meer geserveerd werd. Wel geld teruggekregen, maar juist het uitgebreide ontbijt is iets waar wij naar uitkijken tijdens een hotelovernachting. Meerdere gasten liepen tegen dit aan.
