Personeel is erg vriendelijk maar heeft geen verstand van zaken

De gym en het ontbijt, maar was wel aan de dure kant

Cons:

De pasjes/sleitels werkten nie, daardoor konden we niet meer zwemmen want dat heeft veel tijd gekost. Toen we aan kwamen was er iets mis met het systeem dus moesten we lang wachten voordat we de kamer in mochten, na een lange reis

Prima voor een nacht, maar vond de kamer gedateerd.
Pros:

Vriedelijk personeel bij inchecken en uitchecken. En ook in het restaurant waren ze erg vriendelijk. Het eten was prima. En s'avonds aan de bar was het gezellig.

Cons:

Ik werd in een kamer gezet aan het einde van de gang. Wifi bereik was erg slecht en de kamer zag er geleefd uit. Erg jammer, want verder was het een prima verblijf.

De hitte ontvlucht voor een nachtje en dit was de perfecte plek. Heerlijk koel, rustig én ook nog eens een zwembad!

Мы приехали семьей : пара, 2 детей 7 и 10 лет и малыш 2 года, кторый спит с родителями и не нуждается в отдельной кровати, даже если бы она была. Бронь была сделана заранее и оплачена. Но нас не хотели заселять, объясняя это тем, что номер рассчитан на 4 человека. Менеджер настаивала, чтоб мы оплатили еще один номер, который по цене выходил дороже нашего бронирования. Мы объясняли, что не можем оплатить такой дорогой номер, да и не будем его использовать, но девушка на ресепшене была непреклонна. Оплатив 150€ за ночь (мы останавливались на 2 ночи), мой муж спал в машине, а я с детьми в номере. А менеджер с ухмылкой сказала, что если мы узнаем, что вы спите в отеле полным составом, мы вас выселим! Это возмутительное отношение!!!!!!!
А в номере, рассчитаным на 4 человека оказалось 2 комплекта полотенец, 2 чашки. За 2 дня номер не убирали, мусор не выносили, кофе/сахар не пополняли.
