The hallway leading to my room was extremely filthy and wasn’t cleaned until two days after my arrival. My room was also never cleaned during the three days I stayed. When I raised this, I was told that I needed to request housekeeping, as rooms are only cleaned every three days. This policy was never communicated to me at check-in, which was very disappointing.

L'habitació era una mica justa per 3 persones i en general calia una renovació tot i que semblava que ho estaven fent mica en mica.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich. Wasserautomaten die man frei nutzen konnte. Lage war gut. Hotelzimmer war wie erwartet, Das Doppelbett war gemütlich, Schlafsofa war ok.
Das Personal beim Frühstück sollte etwas höflicher sein und man sollte nicht das Gefühl haben, die wollen dass man schnell aufisst und aufsteht und geht. So kam uns das aber vor. Das gebaut wurde auf der Etage und das teilweise unser Zimmer nicht fertig war als wir ankamen.
Ideally located for our visit, 10 mins walk from Hockey Club Schiedam. We were there for 12 days and the staff were absolutely brilliant- they could not have been more helpful throughout.
Uber taxis took a while to get to us for trips into town.
