Pros:

I came to be given a room with no towels, long hair ( lots of hair) in the shower, stained ripped sofa, spoiled foods left by someone in the fridge and felt like a hooker place

Friendly staff. Good location. Confortable rooms with fridge microwave kettle balcony etc etc everything you need

Best kept secret in Ho Chi Minh city
Pros:

This was a perfect place to stay. It is in a quiet street. It is very new and comfortable. I had the deluxe room with kitchen and washing machine. Fresh water bottles daily.

Also the snap cafe is a two minute walk.
