Twas good and staff were kind.
Pros:

Grateful that we were upgraded to a suite as a courtesy and it was a lovely spacious room. Separate toilet room from the bathroom and two sinks. Spacious storage for suitcases and safe was available. The room had a lovely balcony and they were kind to give us extra duvet coz it was a cold night. The beds were cozy/comfortable,the room felt safe and the hotel was easy to get around.

Cons:

They assigned us a smoking room when we had requested for a non-smoking room. Even with a machine to take out the smoke the room still had a lingering smell of smoke. Wish that wasn't the case considering that we had been upgraded. Twice the cleaning crew didn't replace the water glasses in the room + tea cups were not cleaned. The hotel needs an upgrade coz some of it's facilities like the toilet flushing buttons and door hinges need a change.

Great Hotel in Jerez
Pros:

Really nice hotel. We were received nicely by the staff at reception, room.was realky spacious with a fabulous comfy bed and large bathroom. The shower was really nice. Breakfast highly recomended. Of course it was off season so we got an unbeatable price. Free parking. Spa was not open, being refurbished.
