Proper Grit, best place to grab breakfast in WPB.
Pros:

Can't state enough how much I love the Proper Grit and all its staff. They're very polite and welcoming. Always a bright spot of my stays in WPB. Gigi was my waitress the last time I was there. She greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely courteous, attentive and friendly. Can't forget about the hostess, Beatrice, who sets the tone for the restaurant with her professionalism and attention to detail.

Wonderful views, amazing service
Pros:

Everything from the front desk check-in and ongoing service each day, to my treatment at their breakfast restaurant, to the excellent service I received at dinner time at their rooftop restaurant was impeccable.

I'm particular, servers Gigi and Juan went out of their way to make me feel wonderful. Ruth, the Host, made me feel welcome each morning.

I'm the evenings each server took excellent care of me.

Overall it was a wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel in the water.

Having your expectations exceeded is always fun.
Pros:

It's the little things that become marks of distinction. The hotel is fabulous (location, rooms (room upgrade), staff and amenities), but one item in particular totally delighted us. As we left the hotel, we noticed that our EV had been fully charged - what a pleasant surprise. Thank you to The Ben and your staff. This unexpected touch put you firmly in the "exceeded expectations" camp.

Amazing service in the heart of West Palm

Excellent rooms. Amazing location. And the best was the top-notch staff. Super friendly and helpful in every way. Julian and Kevin were especially welcoming. They made our stay!

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

What a hidden gem of a property.
The food in both restaurants was delicious the entire staff super helpful and friendly. The hostess Ruth welcomes you every morning with a smile. We had wonderful service in the restaurant downstairs from Daniel, Juan and Mike!
The food at the rooftop bar was exceptional! Definitely coming back!

Super cool experience
Pros:

This was an awesome experience. The hotel was very very different from modern and simple hotels. This gives a modern rustic feel. Old school but new. Ruth, the host from Proper Grit is so nice. She was such a pleasure to talk with. Michael, the bellman, has the BEST energy. They just have great people working there. Alex from the front desk. I think Adam was his name, another bellman. Was just 5 star great!

Proper Spot
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious and clean. Juan and Ruth at Proper Grit made dining at the hotel a pleasure. Only ventured out once to eat elsewhere.

Perfect Girls’ Getaway

The hotel has such a fun, beautiful atmosphere, and the ambience really makes the entire experience feel special. The service was fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for a girls’ getaway, and we had so much fun.
