The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing. There are lots of little extras that make it more of an experience, like the book butler and the rooftop experience. What really stands out is the food. Usually I venture outside hotels to eat because… hotel food. But I have had the most amazing food and service. On arrival I went to grab a quick bite at the bar and Tiffany recommended the Caesar salad. That was by far the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Breakfast was avocado toast with Ruth as the hostess and Juan as server. So friendly and welcoming ❤️ I put down my phone and computer to enjoy. And again, avocado toast may not sound inspiring but it was the best. Both meals remind me that even the basics can be elevated and upgraded. But what makes it even better are the people. I will stay here again when I’m in this area.

The food was amazing, and the service was even better! We had the steak with salad and fries, and the carrot cake for dessert—everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.

A special shout-out to Gorkem for providing outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back, especially because of the excellent service he provided.

Highly recommend this restaurant, and if you’re lucky enough to have Gorkem as your server, you’re in great hands! 😊

Great proper and both restaurants were fabulous service that you expect from a Marriott.

Breakfast was on point at the Proper Grit Ruth and Gigi made it feel like I was at home. Food was spectacular but the shining stars were the service staff. It was old school service in a modern day offering!

The then is always outstanding. From the moment I checked in to my Service for breakfast each morning led by roof and Gigi. The hospitality was outstanding. The food is always excellent and it’s such a warm comfortable experience being at the Ben. It’s the only hotel. I’ll stay at in the Palm Beach area.

Stayed at The Ben for our anniversary and overall had a very nice stay. The hotel is beautiful, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The rooftop atmosphere was lovely, especially with the live music, and the complimentary shuttle was a great perk that was always prompt. Pool service was excellent—Christopher on the pool deck was especially friendly and attentive.

A few service issues kept this from being a 5-star experience. I called two days before arrival to arrange champagne in our room for our anniversary, but despite several follow-ups, it wasn’t there at check-in and took about five hours to arrive. We also ordered dessert through room service, received the wrong item, and then had to request silverware when the correct dessert was delivered.

One other thing to note: the pool area is fairly small, and during our stay an outside vodka promotion took over a significant portion of the deck and guest seating for several hours.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return, but I would encourage management to focus on improving service execution and communication, especially for special occasions.

& modern. My suite overlooked the marina. The room was very comfortable the seat that hung from the the curling overlooking the marina was a nice touch. There are two on site restaurants. I only tried the Proper Grit though but several times. Ashley, Juan & Gigi in food & beverage were very attentive. Id definitely stay here again on my next visit to WPB & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Excellent property & wonderful staff!!

Overall our experience at the hotel was exceptional. Ruth & Juan were so welcoming. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable, the bars, the pool. This may permanently be our new home away from home! We will be back

I’m visiting the Ben with a friend and we are so pleased with our choice. The hotel is lovely and the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. The lobby bar is very comfortable and the cocktails were great. The breakfast menu has many great choices. I thoroughly enjoyed my acai bowl. Our waiter, Juan, is a charming and attentive waiter. The hostess, Ruth, fits her role admirably with a warm smile and helpful attitude.
This is only day one, but I’m already thinking about a return visit. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

I always experience the warmest greeting from all of the staff. Ruth, Gigi, Juan, and jimena & Sophia in the cafe-always so sweet and offering new drinks ect. Feels like home when you eat there or get coffee. Havnt stayed there yet as I am a local, but for food and morning coffee-that place and the people in it make you feel so special! I also want to mention the team outside as it’s so hot out now and they are always smiling and giving great conversation. They need cooking fans out there! Wonderful team inside and outside!
