The Ben, Autograph Collection

I can’t rate the staff high enough. We came to WPB so my wife could have her back surgery. We had some special needs & requests. The STAFF has been nothing short of incredible. Friendly, helpful & efficient! I have to name them as they should get special recognition. When we arrived my wife needed the wheelchair to get to our room. Eric the security professional assisted us and has been over the top helpful. The desk staff is great, especially Jacob & Jaida. The restaurant personnel have also been incredible, Ruth (host), Gigi (server), Sofia & Ky (barista) and Juan & Mike (servers). All these people have been absolutely GREAT. You have a treasure chest of personnel.

Really nice stay at the Ben. Restaurant was really a nice and welcoming place to dine. Ruth was such a lovely hostess, the Baristas were nice and Juan and Errol were great servers. Definitely recommend for a stay in WPB.

Breakfast at Proper Grit at The Ben was outstanding. The Pioneer Breakfast hit the spot and our sever Daniel took great care of us. We had the pleasure of talking a little with the Host, Ruth. What a hard worker and an inspiring lady! Truly a pleasure all around. Highly recommend Proper Grit!

Absolutely 1st rate! Super cool chic vibe. The food was on par but the standout was the service. From Ruth at the hostess stand who was welcoming and happy to our server Gigi, they made our breakfasts a wonderful way to start the day. Friendly, accommodating and desire to please are a few words to describe their impact.

Sometimes hotels can have an off day / maybe that’s what happened ant our last stay. We stayed at the Ben at least 5xs. How a hotel handles those issues truly needs to be recognized. Upon that basis: the hotel deserves 5 stars. Here, the Ben provided exceptional assistance and service by Jaida S. at the front desk to address some of the issues, and exceptional service by the concierge Linda B. for her great recommendations after an exhausting trip. Also, the Ben offered guests the Bruno shuttle - a truly nice service - JerryGerry knows the area and it’s a special treat for guests.

Ruth and Juan, amazing people excellent service they were smiling and helpful it was wonderful food and atmosphere.

Ruth, the hostess, and my server Gigi were absolutely fantastic. They always greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of. Every time I’m here, they make me feel genuinely welcome and right at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make the experience truly special.

Had a wonderful breakfast at The Grit. Juan our waiter was excellent and our hostess, Ruth, was very friendly.

The hotel staff was very kind! From Valet to Restaurant Staff, everyone was very accommodating. Juan in the first floor restaurant was super pleasant. Ruth at the host stand was very nice and made our experience exceptional.

We sat on the patio in the shade and had mimosas and coffees! Ruth greeted us at the front and made sure we were able to get in before breakfast ended. Gorkem was extremely kind and made our whole meal relaxing and enjoyable. Sorry our trip is ending and we can’t come back!

From the time I checked in Julian at the front desk was ON POINT! The hotel was amazing, elegant, and classy. The staff was beyond professional and accommodating. Julian was the best front desk representative I’ve encountered in a long time. Please keep him around he made my entire stay worthwhile with his courteous and professional demeanor. 10/10 !

The service was phenomenal! Juan and Ruth were very attentive during our stay and dining experiences, really making our stay worthwhile. The food was delicious and fresh, the coffee was great quality, and I really enjoyed my time by the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We stay here quite often and enjoy the breakfast so much. Gorkem is the BEST server. He is so welcoming and delightful and I’ve never waited for anything. We always look for him and enjoy our mornings more when he is working.
