Linda the concierge was exceptional. She went above and beyond. A true gem. All the staff were great.
I loved the rooms size and decor.
The trolly was a lovely perk. The rides to the beach and restaurants were appreciated.

Rooftop pool and bar was great. Perfect view. Great for hanging during the day and evening. Loved it!

Is accessible from that elevator. Maybe I’m old. Also. Key not working after three attempts ( up and down to lobby) is somewhat annoying. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities, top class. Special thanks to Gorken, our favorite waiter in the world, as well as Ruth, Juan and Mary Joy in the breakfast room!

Barista is the best! The grit staff is so friendly and remembers us each year when we come back. Always a great time and a great part of town.

We stayed at The Ben for our 16th wedding anniversary and had a really nice experience overall.

At check-in, we were upgraded from a city view to a water view, which was a great surprise and very appreciated. As a Titanium Elite member, we felt acknowledged and welcomed. We were given points AND breakfast, and breakfast ended up being fully covered, which was fantastic.

The room was lovely and very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful details. I loved the sliding “library” feature that opens to the bathroom — such a cute and unique touch. We also had robes and slippers, which made the room feel extra cozy. There was plenty of water and coffee in the room, which is always appreciated.

We also enjoyed the welcome drink, which was a really cute touch — a Paloma — and a fun way to start the stay. While the hotel didn’t do anything special for our anniversary specifically, my husband had called ahead and arranged for flowers, which was very nice.

The location is excellent — very close to Pistache and many other amazing restaurants, and obviously right across the bridge from Palm Beach, which made getting around super easy.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and Santa was there during our stay and looked great. Breakfast was phenomenal. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but heard it’s really nice.

The only downside was that the walls are fairly thin. Even with a white noise machine, we could hear quite a bit of noise.

Overall, The Ben is a beautiful hotel with great service, charming details, and a fantastic location. We’d definitely stay again.

My first visit was thanksgiving 2025. Shortly upon my arrival, and definitely before my departure, I made the decision to come back in the coming weeks for my birthday. The property is beautiful, elegant, and beautifully decorated. I had the pleasure of enjoying the elite breakfast and was served by Gorkem. He remembered me from my last visit. He shared some recommendations for local favorites on food and activities. He was warm, inviting, and genuine. It’s such a comforting experience when you travel to places and it feels like home. I believe my future travels will bring me to WPB more often versus FLL/Tampa/Orlando.

Garkem was a very friendly waiter at the restaurant downstairs. Ask for him by name! Food was good and quick. Great for business travel.

The barista, Michelle, delivered outstanding service and went out of her way to make us feel very welcome. It is rare to find individual who are this dedicated to their work and love to make others feel good.

First of all, I want to say that everything about our stay was five star although only way for 24 hours we experienced the coffee bar the restaurant the cabana at the pool and the lunch restaurant. The servers were outstanding, friendly, engaging and prompt! Ambience was gorgeous. Food was delicious. I have traveled a lot and I’ve never experienced every single member from valet to front desk to housekeeper to server with such exceptional service, GORKEM was our server at breakfast that could not have been more outstanding Katz off to the GM for such a great crew. Cannot wait to return.

I loved my experience at the Ben. Michele & Jimena took amazing care of me. They make the best lattes. The hotel is beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Always a great day at the Ben during Christmas! Room was comfy and quiet with a great view. Staff was very friendly and attentive, we will be back.

Gigi. Gigi made sure I was taken care of every time I walked into breakfast. Very attentive, she understood how I liked my food and coffee and made certain my breakfast was enjoyable. She made my mornings!
