Wir waren zum 3. Mal da, also hat es uns bisher sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gutes Essen, sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Auch der Spabereich ist sehr gut gelungen.

Cons:

Die fehlende Klimaanlage im Nebengebäude! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber im Sommer braucht man einfach eine Klimaanlage, vor allem zu dem Preis. Auch im Bistro, Restaurant und der Bar war es extrem heiß. Das geht auch nicht zu den Preisen unserer Meinung nach.
Dass das Frühstück bei uns inklusive war, hätte man beim Einchecken gerne erwähnen können.
Morgens funktionierte unsere Karte nicht, so dass man mit Bademantel über den Hof zur Rezeption musste, obwohl der Vorteil unseres ansonsten nicht sonderlich gut gelegenen Zimmers die Nähe zum Spabereich war.
Im Sommer werden wir das Hotel leider nicht mehr besuchen.

Pros:

Ein absolut prachtvolles, frankophiles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und unschlagbarem Spa-Bereich. Jeder Raum ist ein Kunstwerk. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wer Entspannung sucht, findet diese ganz sicher in diesem Haus. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Toller Aufenthalt / Interessantes Hotel - gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal mit kleiner orientierungstour vom CheckIn aus. Das Hotel ist sehr Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An unserem Zimmer mit Gartenblick gab es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist Abwechslungsreich und die Angestellten erfüllen einem (wenn möglich) auch extra Wünsche. Leider konnten wir im Louis nicht essen - an dem Tag ausgebucht - aber das Bistro bietet auch eine sehr gute Qualität. Spa konnten wir wegen unseres vorgenommenem Programms im Saarland nicht wahrnemen. Ich denke wir kommen nochmal.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind etwas angespannt. Bei der Ankunft habe ich mit genehmigung der Reception am Ladeparkplatz gehalten. Die Tage dannach stand das Auto ca. 6 min. entfernt auf einem Ausweichparkplatz des Hotels.
Vorschlag: Eine / zwei haltemöglichkeit(en) nur zum Aus- und Einladen - welche dann aber auch entsprechend strikt gehandhabet wird.

Legközelebb ha erre járok, biztosan újra ezt a szállodát választanám.
Pros:

Minden nagyon rendben volt. Szoba szép, tiszta, modern, tágas.

Cons:

Ha nagyon bele szeretnék kötni de ez tényleg csak egy kis plusz lenne. A vizes törölközőknek, köntösöknek kevés volt az akasztó.
