Pros:

The room we received was disappointing. The view was also not facing the bay but rather the walmart parking lot. When we tried communicating our discomfort because the room was also a lot smaller than expected nothing was done. There was only a Tv, microwave, 2 full size beds and a bathroom. I spent my birthday there and there wasn’t even a table to cut my cake. They offer a shuttle every 15 mins to take you to the beach and the lady came back seeing it was just me and my husband and told me to wait 45 minutes because she was going on her break and suggested I walk there. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re staying more than three days especially when In the description it mentions it rooms 4 people do not do it. It is too cramped and the staff was not friendly.

Pros:

It wasn't what I was expecting their customer service was not up to part they checked me out earlier I have problems with the next people that was staying next to us and they didn't do anything about it. I have stood in many places but this was far from that experience I have ever had

Pros:

Not cleaning the room once and the towel were not change for all our stay. The key cards were not working too often.

Pros:

Overall the property is good. The only thing we didn’t like was the sound insulation/proofing. We can hear babies crying and neighbors talking and stomping from the bedroom, especially at night.
