Ambiente circostante. Immersi nell bosco!

Cons:

Servirebbe ampliare i supporti in camera, tipo pacchetto in bagno con spazzolini, creme e altri accessori. Poi serve sicuramente mettere a disposizione ciabatte da camera.

Totale relax..con più cura del dettaglio

Il posto molto bello..immerso nella vegetazione..da una tranquillità estrema nonostante vicino ci fosse un locale che faceva musica..ma da dentro alle camere non si sentiva nulla.
I gestori super gentili,molto disponibili, hanno fatto del loro meglio per non crearci ansie dovute al check in..molto apprezzato.molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente, si vede che ci mettono molo impegno nel rapporto con il cliente e sono molto empatici.
Camera spaziosa,con molti punti luce,pompa di calore e una zona esterna, un armadio piccolo ma sufficiente per qualche giorno e frigo bar.

Cons:

La camera curata, nota dolente il bagno! pavimento del con capelli e polvere, e bagno un po trascurato con crepe sul pavimento;doccia senza tenda quindi acqua che schizzava fuori,i prodotti per l'igene inclusi un po cosi, sulla doccia un dispenser con all'interno saponi mescolati e si notava dal colore, ed era un sapone unico per tutto,capisco che non sono obbligati a metterlo,ma se decidi di metterlo che sia efficente e più curato.
Piccola pecca sulla mensola sopra al letto poco funzionale per appoggiare oggetti da prendere nella notte perché scomoda, e non essendoci una presa alta, dovevi attaccate il telefono alla presa bassa a mettere il telefono sul pavimento,oppure cambiare posto e metterlo altrove.
Per il costo della camera 120 euro per una notte senza colazione inclusa mi aspettavo più cura nei dettagli.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable, well-appointed studio apartment with a great shower and bathroom, nice kitchenette with freezer & refrigerator, and a spacious patio overlooking a beautiful view. The unit had easy parking and we loved the little touches like free coffee and biscuits and q-tips and cotton balls. This was a cosy, quiet stay close to, but away from the crowds of Florence.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the spotty WiFi that was out more than on in our unit.
