Thought there are few dislikes overall its good place to stay
Pros:

Convenient location , good breakfast and beautiful view

Cons:

Very noisy outside and busy. Staff at the checkin were not supportive. We had to wait until 3.20 to get the room but they haven’t informed that room ready until we go and ask them.

Premium quality in best location. Family friendly
Pros:

Very very good location - 15 minutes scenic wak to Gardens by the Bay. Friendy staff. Very rich breakfast. Gardens inside the building ( first 4 floors) and nice restaurant. Activities fot kids - insluding 30 minutes cooking ( desers) with the chef! Very nice pool with lighting like stars at night

Excellent high-end stay
Pros:

The hotel lobby itself is one of the most beautiful hotel lobbys I've been to. The food is really up to the highest standard, their breakfast is incredible! The room itself is okay, nothing special really but it is well equipped. The lounge is also excellent for focused working.

Cons:

No toilet brush in the room(?!). If you happened to make a mess, there is no way to clean up after yourself and you have to wait for the cleaning staff, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
I also hope that the birds in the lobby have some time in a larger container.

Hotel molto bello, in posizione strategica per Suntec City e comodo per raggiungere a piedi sia Marina Bay Sands che Boat Quay ma anche volendo Little India e Chinatown. Camere molto belle e pulitissime, letto e cuscini molto comodi. La colazione molto buona e ampia ma essendo tutta Halal non ci sono salumi (se non di pollo o manzo). La piscina è bella e comoda. Il concierge Mohammad Yusri gentilissimo e molto professionale.

Wunderbares Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie die Sauberkeit. Das Fitness Studio ist fantastisch. Alle Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit herzlich, zuvorkommend und haben eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Der Lounge-Zugang hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und war für uns ein echtes Plus. Das Personal dort war exzellent.

Cons:

Kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch:

Die Auswahl an Speisen in der Lounge am Abend war während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts eher begrenzt und wenig abwechslungsreich. Ebenso beim Frühstücksbuffet im Haupthaus.

Außerdem fanden wir die Vögel in den Käfigen im Hotel persönlich traurig. Zwar sorgen sie für eine schöne Atmosphäre, jedoch erschienen uns die Käfige aus Sicht des Tierwohls deutlich zu klein. Darauf könnte das Hotel unserer Meinung nach verzichten oder die Haltungsbedingungen verbessern.

Besonders unangenehm fand ich das Licht im Badezimmer, das für makeup nicht gut war.

Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns beim gesamten Team.
