Work noise
Breakfast had a lot of variety, mainly asian with some western influence. It was high quality food and very enjoyable. We walked everywhere around Marina Bay which was easy to do and not difficult. It was flat all the way. The hotel also had an entrance into the shopping centre, very convenient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with great facilities.

We loved the hotel, it was beautiful and unique. The whole concept of indoor garden was amazing.

The only issue we had was that we wanted to check in our room a bit earlier than 3pm, but were only offered an upgrade which was expensive.
Perfect for our short stay in Singapore! Staff were incredible, location was perfect and overall epic experience.
The location is very convenient, you can do quite everything by foot.
The price is far too much for the room. Toilet malfunction, had to call twice so that somebody came to repair it, safe malfunction, outdated and spoiled coffee cream in the room, and stuff could be easily nicer... At the end of the day, they have a job, because we pay!
Convenient location, close to shops and it was very easy to access most areas and attractions you would like to visit.
Not so much to do with the property, but street level pedestrian access was sometimes inconvenient due to nearby external construction causing detours and blocked pathways.

No one top up the bath shower gel I stayed there for 3 days 2 night
Room was nice. Great shower, the jets were a touch of indulgence. View from our room was of Marina bay so we were quite spoilt. Room service was very good. With morning Room reset, evening turn down, and lot of little extra mile services regularly.
Look its nice, I'm nit picking here, but it is a little dated in a few areas, pool is quite shallow. Lounge food could have been a little more generous to cater for the guests that had access to it quantity wise.
