Not a nice place to stay ..
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

There were Lots of functions, felt like you were just a number. No one said good morning, no one cared .unfriendly check in checkout staff. Worse restaurant staff for breakfast..
expected more .. not worth $1!

Great service and facilities.
Pros:

We had all of our meals in the lounge, the service was excellent and the food pretty good also.

Cons:

It got a bit noisy during the night with air in the waterpipes near our room, not sure if everyone on our floor heard it also. We were on the top floor.

Fabulous interior, good location.
Pros:

We had never stayed on this side of Singapore so wanted to experience a new area. We were not disappointed! The hotel is near a large shopping mall, has good transport links and the room was spacious. The hotel is stunning design inside. It’s big but it never feels crowded or noisy. We loved the interior design. Our room had a good view, albeit from a tiny balcony, but it was stunning nonetheless. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the dining area and food looked lovely. There is also a good pool area - lots of beds and a poolside bar.

Cons:

The drinks at the poolside were very pricey, once all the taxes etc are added. Works out at more than $20 Singapore dollars for a small bottle of beer.

Excellent location!
Pros:

Very welcoming staff who greeted us with a smile throughout our stay. The hotel lobby area is stunning. Room was very comfortable and the water filter tap a bonus. An amazing sleep in a really comfy bed and good sound proofing. Breakfast staff were eager to please and the range of options were overwhelming. We were lucky to have met Nadia , who suggested that we order a maxi-cab to the airport during the F1. She generously offered to connect with us through WhatsApp in case we got lost due to road closures in the area. The location was perfect for the F1, right in the hub of the action. We could see part of the circuit from our balcony. Also near shopping malls and the MRT.

Cons:

Service in the bar was inconsistent. Great the first night and disappointing the second evening for a 5 Star hotel. When there are few guests in the bar, one would expect prompt service and getting the order correct.

Brilliant experience. Everything from service to ambience.
Pros:

There are plenty of things to like: breakfast, ambience of the whole hotel and definitely the room. The friendliness of the staff, especially the check in counter staff(my dearest apologies I can’t remember her name). I was just blown away by the whole experience.
