Lovely location and comfortable hotel

Central next metro and Marina bay attractions 2 stops away
Lovely garden gives a great feeling

Feels more like a 4 star, as it lucks luxury touches in its service. Staff efficient and polite but not warm or truly engaged with you.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, trotz der Größe des Hotels.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Die Zimmer v.a. auch das Bad sind sehr groß und schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - nah an Marina und Metro.

Cons:

Wenn man beim Frühstück Kaffee bestellt hat, hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis man ihn bekommen hat. Da hat man ihn lieber selber geholt. Was aber problemlos möglich war, da mehrere Kaffeeautomaten am Buffet stehen. Im Frühstückraum war es uns zu kalt. Der Luftzug der Klimaanlage war unangenehm.

L’intérieur de hôtel a beau être surprenant (l’extérieur est assez laid), voire bluffant avec son spectaculaire atrium, ses chambres spacieuses et confortables, ainsi que sa situation relativement bien centrée, le relationnel passe avant toute chose. À part la charmante serveuse du restaurant au 4e et l’équipe de conciergerie, j’ai trouvé moyen.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste Ga… m’a démontré qu’apparemment cette valeur n’est pas partagée par Parkhotel Collection Marina.
Une prolongation non prise en compte et mauvaise gestion du suivi.
Attitude blanc-bec du réceptionniste qui veut apprendre à une web designer âgée à se servir de son téléphone 😏 Le mépris des vieux est aussi condamnable que celui du genre, du physique ou que le racisme.
Et suite à ses bévues, pas même un mot d’excuse !

We will be back.
Pros:

Friendliness of staff. The quality if the food. We adored the collection club upgrade. Well worth it for the service and intimacy of the experience.
This is our second stay with ParkRoyal. We will certainly stay in Singapore at the ParkRoyal again at least a few nights instead of just a stopover at the airport. Langkawi was tranquil. Ww absolutely loved its fine dining restaurant and beach buffet experience.

Cons:

Per our room television inclusions for the clun collection, 2 items of laundry daily were included. We were charged on departure. If 2 items daily is no longer required we suggest you update your in room media.
This is our only complaint. Your hotel is exquisite.

Comfortabele luxe verblijf
Pros:

Comfortabele bedden, mooi zwembad, ontbijt was voortreffelijk en de lobby zit er erg gaaf uit

Cons:

Accomodatie zit in de Marina Bay en alsnog is het hele klus om te voet naar de Gardens by the Bay te gaan. Je blijft toch afhankelijk van de taksi. Niks voor niks een dure locatie gekozen.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The best thing to describe is friendly staff, gave us upgrade rooms with some extra amount but was worth it. Also allowed us early check in which was much appreciated . Great food and drinks.

Amazing absolutely perfect for our stay

Amazing stay , the staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is very nice, we only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice from the buffet

The road outside but it’s just where it’s located, you can cross it safety using the underpass

Thank you so much for your hospitality Park Royal. We had a lovely stay in your beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Cleanliness, location and excellent service from all the staff. Especially Yazry who brought our baggages and always greeted us with a warm smile. Also thanks to the staff who looked after our hotel room, Henry, even though I didn’t see them, the room was immaculate.

Cons:

Not being able to cross the road to Suntec city mall. Had to walk around. But still very central to most places.
