Magnifique emplacement car très proche du centre ville. Hôtel de très bon standing. Personnel toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Chambre très silencieuse.
The hotel Einstein St. Gallen is a top level hotel in the center of St. Gallen. It boasts very clean and orderly public spaces along with comfortable rooms that are well appointed and well-furnished. The staff is very friendly (no valet to help with luggage though) and certain services (parking and restaurant) are in a separate building that is accessible, if you ask how, by underground passage. The location is excellent, only a few steps away from the beautiful and historic old town (Altstadt) of St. Gallen.
The hotel's two-Michelin star restaurant Einstein Gourmet was not open during our stay but we had a very good and surprisingly elegant dinner at the hotel's Bistro St. Gallen, where we were attended to with great skill by Joerg, whose wine suggestions were also spot on.
We would recommend this hotel as a quite fairly priced, comfortable and pleasant place to spend time in St. Gallen.
The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to explore St. Gallen and the surrounding area. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and the room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay overall very pleasant. Special thanks to Julia at the Bistro during breakfast 🙂
During our stay, a room nearly opposite ours on the 3rd floor was being renovated. Workers started quite early in the morning (before 7 a.m.) and continued throughout the day, which occasionally made it a bit noisy.

It is a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. The arrangement with the spa next door is good. One suggestion is do not have laundry done by them unless you are prepared to pay several hundred dollars for only 8 small items washed.

Ogni anno torno all'Hotel Einstein con molto piacere in occasione del CSIO St.Gallen. Le camere sono belle, la puliza perfetta e la posizione ideale, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro storico pedonale. I ristoranti sono ottimi ed il bar è molto accogliente e conosciuto, frequentato anche da clienti esterni. Oltre agli ottimi drinks si può mangiare molto bene. A San Gallo io non andrei mai in un altro albergo e ogni anno sono sempre impaziente di tornare.
