As always, a fantastic place to stay in St. Gallen.
Pros:

The location is perfect in the heart of St. Gallen. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast is a highlight for sure and the fitness space is also very unique.

Very impressive and luxurious!
Pros:

We had a big corner room, with gleaming white linen combined with a deep wood closet, desk, door and a modern, airy feel. It also had a gorgeous bathroom with marble swimming all over, and swank amenities. And best of all--there were plenty of outlets to charge our various electronics. The bed was fantastic, like sleeping on a bag of marshmallows. It was an incredible stay, and we regretted we only stayed 1 night.

Service was also top-shelf. The staff were great in storing our bags when we showed up a bit early, and then checking us in even with a little free room upgrade. The hotel is located just outside the old town ring, and is just a 350 meter walk to the Abbey. They also included a local St. Gallen discount card with our stay, giving free public transport, museum discounts, etc. That made it a slightly better value, but this is still a luxury-priced hotel. That said, it a great splurge.

Superbe hôtel, avec du personnel très aimable et parlant couramment plusieurs langues
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville et la Place Rouge. La piscine chauffée, accessible par les sous-sols de l’hôtel, était juste parfaite pour se détendre
Et le bar très fréquenté de l’hôtel fait des cocktails incroyables jusqu’à minuit le week-end

Cons:

Le lit un peu bas, ainsi que les wc également très bas. Mais c’est un détail

A luxurious trouble free stay at St Gallen.
Pros:

The location excellent, in a quiet street, luxurious environment. The rooms big, very hot (!), nice and clean bathroom, nice bed which provided a nice sleep. Nice breakfast, very friendly and assisting employees. Would love to come back!
