Pros:

I had a great stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was huge, with plenty of cupboard space and a comfortable extra seating area. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city centre of St. Gallen, making everything easily accessible

Cons:

A few things to note: there is no gym inside the hotel — you have to walk a couple of minutes through a corridor to access a public gym, which was quite busy. There are also a few churches nearby, so you can hear the bells early in the morning. Lastly, the bed was too soft for me personally, and I struggled to sleep properly, which led to some back ache.
Overall, great staff and location, but a few areas didn’t fully suit my needs.
