Pros:

Rooms were great, roomy, clean, neat.

Cons:

Hens and cocks making noise 24/7 outside next door. Also some kind of loud music in early hours of the morning.

Pros:

Modern and clean. Spacious rooms.
Close to the airport. You can see the airport runway from the balcony and watch plane landings and take offs.

Cons:

The spa, restaurant and skybar were closed and staff didn't tell us about that at the check in.
It is located outside the city center, so there's not much to see and do in the area outside of the hotel.

Pros:

The standard room is quite big and clean, having full conveniences ( incl. dining table, kitchen cabinets, washing machine...). It's suitable for whom plan to have a long stay in Hai Phong city.

Cons:

I prefer to sleep in dark room but the light green from airconditioner is too strong at night.

Pros:

We got caught by the Yagi typhoon during this time, but the staffs and the owner came to our rescue. They provided us with complimentary food during the storm, and when we needed to race to the airport for the flight in a typhoon-ravaged Haiphong, no taxi were available but the owner took us to the airport even without charging.
It might not be a luxurious, 5-star hotel, but it's definitely top quality thanks to the staff and owner's professionalism and hospitality.

Nice, comfortable hotel with a very nice pool and saunas.
Pros:

Nice pool and room with washing machine

Cons:

Haggling with the hotel for free transportation to the airport. Clearly stated on their brochure.
The quality and quantity of the breakfast is below acceptable standards.
Steep stairs up to the hotel.

Pros:

La chambre était bien et grande malheureusement il était noté une navette gratuite pour l’aéroport mais nous ne l’avons jamais eu !!! Nous avons dû payer un taxi pour nous y rendre
Notre choix s’était pour sur cet hôtel pour cette condition car il est très loin du centre dans une zone d’activité avec aucun intérêt

Pros:

Very nice room and hotel! Pool, steam room and gym were really nice and breakfast was delicious! Good view from the balcony and staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any small issue

Cons:

Room didn't have any kitchen equipment but staff were helpful in organizing for us

Pros:

The room size and layout. The gym and pool were also good

Cons:

The bath had a hole in it so it leaked when water was in use, the breakfast had ants all over it, the room was infront of lifts and very noisy with people having parties, talking really loudly, cockerels going off at 4am and then a local announcement at 6am every day over the tannoys. We also had our washing dried by the housekeeping service and they tried to charge us £17 when we were told about £2 and then added it to our bill twice and tried to charge us double room rate twice. All seemed quite sneaky!
