Hotel überbucht/Ein Zimmer nicht bekommen

die Personal hat mir geholfen einen anderen Hotel zu finden.

Cons:

Es war ein Hotel, das keine Rezeption hat und dummerweise war mein Zimmer überbucht. Das hatte dann zur Folge, dass ich mit dem Taxi in eine andere Unterkunft fahren musste. Erst um 1 Uhr Nachts konnte ich in anderen Hotel (empfohlen von dem davor gebuchten) einchecken. Es ist für eine Dienstreise sehr beschwerlich!

El apartamento es muy bonito es amplio está muy limpio

Que era ruidoso y que me cobraran 250€ por un. Depósito estoy a la espera de que me devuelvan el dinero ya que no hubo ningún daño

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig zu den Landungsbrücken. Einrichtung einfach aber ausreichend. Für unseren Wochenendtrip mit Besuch König der Löwen super gepasst. Vom Bahnhof einfach zu erreichen mit S-Bahn oder Bus.

Cons:

Das Geschirr sollte auch für 5 Personen vorhanden sein.

Extrem hellhörig, bei Problemen schlechter Kundendienst, defekte Haustür, kamen Abend nicht in unser Zimmer da die Tür davor zugeschlossen war und wir keinen Schlüssel hatten. Mussten einen Mitbewohner wecken und rausklingeln.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Küche und Sitzecke gebucht und auch bezahlt. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer ohne alles. Zwei Tage habe ich telefonisch und schriftlich versucht das zu ändern, mir wurde nicht weitergeholfen. Der Rauchmelder war abgeschraubt. Die Lüftungsklappe im Bad war halb runtergefallen. Nebenan ist eine Druckerei die morgens um 7 beginnt, so dass man das Gefühl hat direkt vor dem Fenster ist eine Baustelle.
