Alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg braucht. Lage war okay, haben wir uns ja so ausgesucht . Hafen und Reeperbahn
Zu Fuß erreichbar. Einchecken super.

Cons:

Für die hochwertigen und modernen Fernseher wäre eine Beschreibung von Vorteil..Bei einem Bad geht die Glastür nur mit viel Geschik auf

SBahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Schnelle Rückmeldung bei Beanstandungen allerdings ohne weitere Konsequenz.

Cons:

Feuermelder fehlte,TV konnten wir nicht gucken weil es kein Live TV gab und wir wollten uns nicht mit unseren Daten anmelden. Lüfter im Bad läuft sehr lange nach.

Die Lage war toll - kurze Wege zum Hafen und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Keller - trotz der Mühe um Wohnlichkeit bleibt es ein Keller.
Es war sehr laut durch die Nachbarschaft ( Druckerei ) und der Firma im Haus

Hotel überbucht/Ein Zimmer nicht bekommen

die Personal hat mir geholfen einen anderen Hotel zu finden.

Cons:

Es war ein Hotel, das keine Rezeption hat und dummerweise war mein Zimmer überbucht. Das hatte dann zur Folge, dass ich mit dem Taxi in eine andere Unterkunft fahren musste. Erst um 1 Uhr Nachts konnte ich in anderen Hotel (empfohlen von dem davor gebuchten) einchecken. Es ist für eine Dienstreise sehr beschwerlich!
