Wasn’t there long enough it got flooded

Cons:

The staff took 6 hours to get my luggage to my room and through no fault of thiers it was flooded and no hot water so I left

Man ließ uns nicht draußen rauchen, sondern drinnen neben einem Kinderspielplatz. Die Anlage is komplett runter gekommen. Die Fotos passen gar nicht. Sie wollten uns vom Preis entgegenkommen aber haben uns leider nur vorgetäuscht.

A very nice Balineese style hotel.
Pros:

The resort is fabulous. It has 1 large pool and another smaller both facing the beach. It has 2 restaurants and multiple places to relax whilst outdoors. Staff were very tentative and friendly. This resort is a gem we will be back.

Pros:

Pool and beach view was incredible from my room. The food, fresh coconut water, and pools were all amazing. I felt so safe as a solo traveler and would come here again! bed was super comfy.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I have stayed at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas six times now, and every single time feels like coming home — but this stay touched my heart in a completely different way.

During our stay, Bali experienced heavy rain and unexpected flooding. It could have easily ruined a holiday. But instead, what we experienced was something extraordinary: pure kindness, empathy, and genuine care from every single person working here.

Despite the difficult circumstances, the staff did absolutely everything to make us feel comfortable, safe, and looked after. Their warmth wasn’t “professional politeness” — it was real. You could feel that they truly cared. Smiles in the rain, constant checking in on guests, solving problems before we even had to ask… it was incredible.

The empathy here is on another level. The team at The Patra Bali are not just employees — they are some of the kindest human beings I have ever met. In the middle of chaos, they created calm. In the middle of heavy rain, they created warmth.

That is something you cannot train. That is heart.

I will keep coming back, again and again. This place is not just a resort to me — it feels like family. No matter what the weather brings, I know I am in the best hands here.

Forever grateful. Forever returning.

The amenities are awesome. Nice clean swimming pools, good free breakfast etc
Pros:

Close to air port, beautiful, neat swimming pools, 99% of the staffs are cooperative. They are Happy to help the customers.

Cons:

the initial rooms we booked ( connecting rooms) were meant to be garden front ( in the description) where there was no garden nor a flower outside of the rooms. There was flood and the staff were asked if someone help us to come and pick us up from the room as the way to the lobby was flooded. Staffs initially refused, so that we had to walk through the pooled water to the lobby( with 10,8 and 1 year children). 24/2/26 night, I requested fir a room change, and they assisted to provide one suite instead of 2 connecting rooms( which was fine to us)

NOT A PLEASANT STAY.

DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL ASKED FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INDR 50K FOR A CONVERTER WHICH WAS VERY STRANGE. ONCE WE ORDERED IN(GRAB) AS WE WERE DEAD TIRED TO GO OUT AND EAT SO WE ASKED FOR FEW PLATES BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY ASKED FOR 200K(NOT SECURITY DEPOSIT) FOR THE PLATES AS WELL. THAT WAS VERY INSULTING. THE STAFFS WERE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, THEY DIDN'T CARE WETHER WE ARE GUESTS OR NOT. THE BEACH WAS DIRTY(THOUGH ITS NOT HOTEL'S FAULT BUT THEY CAN ALWAYS CLEAN IT FOR THE GUESTS). IT WASN'T A PLEASANT STAY TO BE HONEST.
