Pros:

Excellent comfortable rooms. Very clean. The courtesy breakfasts were outstanding!!!! It was the best meal of the day!!! Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Will recommend to friends & family

Pros:

Passable breakfast.

Cons:

The reservation process was bad. Couldn’t get the online reservation process to do two night in a row. The phone reservation person lied to me about availability so I made a reservation with her. Then went back to the online site and was able to make the reservation for what I wanted for $100 less. Called to cancel the first reservation only to find out I had to pay a service fee of $18 for bad service!!!

Pros:

Everything was awesome! The staff was outstanding and so helpful. They gave us an early check in with super short notice. The room with clean and came with everything we needed. The pool. Oh the pool! Best hotel pool Iv ever stayed at. So much fun. I love the consideration they took to create a splash pool for little kids unlike most pools that are deep the whole way through. 10/10. Cant wait to come back!

We loved everything about this hotel! The water park was amazing and we loved all the amenities. This is one of the best hotels in Canada that we’ve ever been too!

Family stay
Pros:

Was impressed by the kitchenette in the suite. Was cozy and for just being off the lobby it was quite quiet. I was expecting to be grumpy hearing all the people in the lobby. I'm the morning you couldn't even tell breakfast had begun.

Cons:

Not much to complain about. The pool walls and floors were a bit grimy.

Parking sort of sucks. Most parking is at the side or back of the building and it's a bit of a hike to get to the front
