SpringHill Suites Minneapolis Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes

Hotel was very clean and the whole staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately our shower in our room was not good. Water pressure very low and water temperature varied from just warm to sometimes cold no matter where we moved the control. Wife did not wash her hair from fear of not getting the shampoo rinsed out. Also the breakfast had many options but the scrambled eggs and the bacon were just slightly warm even though we were one of the first in the room for breakfast.

Very friendly, clean rooms, and answered all questions

Nice rooms and beautiful building. Not near an area with a whole lot of traffic. Hotel was pretty quiet which is nice. We had a suite and room was comfortable and kids loved it!

This is where we always start when going to or from the airport. Clean, friendly staff, and safe.

Great service

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and cool temperature upon entry. Front desk employee was very accommodating and kind. I do have a large complaint, however. Check out is at noon. I got back to my hotel room very late the night before and needed to sleep in. I had my “do not disturb” sign on my door. At 10:15am I got a knock at my door. It awoke me and I jumped up out of bed. The next thing I know the cleaning lady had opened my door and walked in the room. I go, “Can I help you?!!!” She said she was checking to see if I had checked out already. I go, “I don’t have to be out until noon and I have a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door.” She didn’t seem to care. She just wanted me out. I understand she has a job. But busting into my room an hour and 45-minutes early without my consent is outrageous.

Convenient

Loved the fresh fruit, with yogurt. Eggs were good, scones were good,
I did not like the waffles with the pearl sugar in them. Too much hard sugar on the teeth.

This hotel is an excellent option for those visiting on business. Its strongest asset is location, you're steps away from practically every dinner spot you could think of.

Parking can be a bit tight, especially since it serves both this hotel and the neighboring Residence Inn. That also means breakfast gets pretty crowded, so I highly recommend going early, items move fast.

Fortunately, the dining area is impressively spacious, kudos for that. Sleep quality was top notch, quiet, comfortable, and modern throughout.

Despite the occasional crowding, this hotel really delivers on convenience, comfort, and a solid night’s rest.

Everything was great, especially the bed was comfy.

Not a bad hotel, but was placed in room right next to employee break room on 1st floor. Every time door slammed shook my room. Also, lots of young kids running the halls and parking lot until midnight. Staff MUST have known, since I was room next to lobby and could hear them through my door.

Staff was friendly an room was clean an comfortable.

I like the setup of the room. Staff was great. Will stay at a Spring Hill again
