A comfortable and welcoming hotel that offers great value for money.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.

There was also a lovely reception area where guests could enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, water, sweets, and delicious macarons throughout the day, which was a very nice touch.

Initially, I was assigned a room on the 5th floor. However, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor, so I had to take the stairs for the last flight. Since I was staying for 8 nights, I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, and the staff kindly arranged a different room for me the following night.

The breakfast selection was not extensive, but it was more than sufficient and offered everything needed for a good start to the day. Breakfast was not included in my room rate, and I had planned to pay for it separately. To my surprise, the hotel did not charge me for breakfast during my stay, which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The excellent location, helpful staff, thoughtful customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere made for a great experience. I have nothing to complain about and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Cons:

The only downside was that some of the furniture and facilities appeared a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, this did not affect the comfort of my stay.

Location und viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. In der Lobby hat es immer Snacks und Getränke

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer und sehr kleine Betten! Mein Mann ist fast 2m gross. Wir haben nach 1 Nacht gefragt, ob wir ein Zimmer haben können, welches ein grösseres Bett hat. Nach 2 Nächsten konnten wir wechseln, leider war das neue Zimmer noch kleiner und das Bett gleich gross! Zudem sind die Betten sehr hart! Im 2 Zimmer konnte man die Tür zur Dusche nicht schliessen, sie ging immer auf!

L’arrivée, où il faut limite se fâcher pour faire entendre que les petits déjeuners ont déjà été réglé via une plate-forme de réservation.
Un croissant et un café à la boulangerie du coin était meilleur et moins cher . On paye vraiment l’emplacement de l’hôtel 400 euros pour deux nuits sérieux je parle même pas du prix du pain et du beurre le matin mais clairement tous les best western ne sont pas tous égaux et cnest bien dommage.

we would go back in a hearbeat
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Easy to get to and from as the subway station is 20 yards away. easy access to the galerie lafayette for the girls and plenty of Parisenne bars for the boys. Lastly, the Hotel has a great left luggage policy. We had a late evening departure and the hotel looked after our bags whilst we were out in a great little Irish bar (O'Sullivans) right across the street!
