Lovely friendly staff the restaurant staff really new there food - great advice.
As i could nt make breakfast the staff made me a a goody bag to take away
Breakfast was 7.30am and i had to leave at 7am so could of bean earlier would of liked to sample it.
Loved the place! So prettily designed, and such comfortable rooms!
Place doesn’t have an elevator, so was a bit of a struggle with bags.
The staff were friendly enough and the bed was ok
Our room had a rug they had massive holes in it that I almost tripped on. It was very dusty and the sink in the en-suite didn’t work.
Great place to stay very friendly helpful staff, food was delicious.
Busy pub and there was only one member of staff working so we waited with our bags at the bar until a big order of drinks had been dealt with. The room was very comfortable, a couple of hairs in the sink. Decorated nicely with antiques. No sugar or milk in the room but we asked for some at the bar downstairs. A hair dryer would have been handy. The evening menu was limited so we dined elsewhere. The cooked breakfast was really good. We would have slept better had it not been for an energetic menage a trois above us. Not the hotel's fault.
Room was clean and comfortable the staff where friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble and food was wonderful
Loved the meal in the restaurant- probably one of the best meals I have ever had. Breakfast was amazing too.

Food / staff / bed comfort but above all was that you provided a pedestal fan on the hottest night of the year !!

Beautiful room, furnished well, comfortable bed, bathroom exceptional.
Just one small thing - great selection of tea and coffee - but some water would have been nice.
