Narita Airport is located 37 mi from central Tokyo, and there are 4 main transport options into the city.
1) The JR Narita Express Train goes to major stations including Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Travel time is approximately 1 hour. It is available every 30 minutes until approximately 21:30.

2) The Keisei Skyliner Train offers nonstop service to Nippori and Ueno Train Stations in about 40 minutes.

3) The Airport Limousine Bus offers transport to a variety of major hotels and train stations throughout Tokyo, most of which are within a 2-hour bus ride away. Tokyo City Air Terminal (next to Suitengu Subway Station) is about a 1-hour ride and Tokyo Station is a 75-minute ride away. Please ask the desk staff if the Limousine Bus stops at your hotel or a hotel nearby.

4) The Keisei Access Express Train offers access to all stops on the Asakusa Subway Line, as well as Shinbashi and Shinagawa Stations, with a final stop at Haneda Airport.

Children aged 1–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 1–3 years.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Für eine Übernachtung gut.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht, dafür völlig ausreichend aber etwas teuer.

Cons:

Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Keine Möglichkeit 2 Koffer zu öffnen.

A disappointment after a different Metropolitan Hotel stay elsewhere
Pros:

Dinner buffet was expensive and mediocre quality. Rooms were small and dated. Would not stay here again

Frühstück und Lage Top, Zimmer zu klein
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super genauso wie das Frühstück. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber (nach unserem Zimmer-Upgrade).

Cons:

Unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer war für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind viel zu klein. Vergleichbar mit einem Zimmer im Apahotel. Kein Platz für unsere Koffer oder das angefragte Babybett. Der Buggy hätte auch nicht in das Zimmer gepasst. Wo unser Kind hätte schlafen sollen ist mir schleierhaft. Ich weiß, dass Hotelzimmer in Tokyo generell klein sind aber ich habe für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind gebucht und das vorgeschlagene Zimmer gebucht. Wir mussten dann für ca. 600 euro mehr für 6 Tage das Zimmer Upgraden. Dafür war es dann zu teuer..

Hotel with great location and professional staff that anticipates your needs.
Pros:

Convenient location near major train station. Lots of restaurants avail nearby. Staff is very professional and anticipates your needs at checkout.

Cons:

The smoking room floor is divided by a hall from nonsmoking rooms. Smoke is smelled in elevators waiting area.

Excelente hotel para visitar Tokyo
Pros:

Hotel muy cercano a la estación de Ikerbukuro donde tienes multitud de lineas que van a las zonas más importantes: visitas, aeropuerto, shinkansen, etc. Multitud de lugares de restauración.
Hotel muy grande. El personal es muy muy amable. Se permite en el hotel el envío de maletas al siguiente hotel como en todo Japón. Habitación grande y muy cómoda. Ventana grande con vistas a toda la ciudad. Muy limpio. Baño muy completo. Silencioso. Muy correcta relación calidad/precio.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer. Gute Lage beim Bahnhof. Filterkaffee Beutel im Zimmer. Bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel Türen und Teppiche wirken etwas abgewirkt. (Siehe Foto)
Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch.

Das Checkin war sehr kompliziert. Ich musste lange anstehen und es wurde mir nur ein Schlüssel ausgehändigt weil die 2. Person später ankam, das obwohl alles schon über Booking bezahlt war. Die Receptionistin war zwar freundlich, aber sehr unflexibel, das ärgerte mich.

Ich wollte am Morgen um 10:45 ein Croissant kaufen. Obwohl es schon präsentiert wurde, war es nicht möglich. Erst ab 11:00 geöffnet.
Hotelbäckerei Öffnungszeiten um 11:00????
Ärgerlich!

Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast catering was too much hot food for Asia countries. Needed more fruit. 2 or 3 options of yoghurt. More toaster facilities big queues for this. Options for wholemeal sliced bread. Fried tomatoes and mushrooms would also be appreciated.
