Narita Airport is located 37 mi from central Tokyo, and there are 4 main transport options into the city.
1) The JR Narita Express Train goes to major stations including Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Travel time is approximately 1 hour. It is available every 30 minutes until approximately 21:30.
2) The Keisei Skyliner Train offers nonstop service to Nippori and Ueno Train Stations in about 40 minutes.
3) The Airport Limousine Bus offers transport to a variety of major hotels and train stations throughout Tokyo, most of which are within a 2-hour bus ride away. Tokyo City Air Terminal (next to Suitengu Subway Station) is about a 1-hour ride and Tokyo Station is a 75-minute ride away. Please ask the desk staff if the Limousine Bus stops at your hotel or a hotel nearby.
4) The Keisei Access Express Train offers access to all stops on the Asakusa Subway Line, as well as Shinbashi and Shinagawa Stations, with a final stop at Haneda Airport.
Children aged 1–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 1–3 years.
Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. 駅近で地下に駐車場があるのはとてもいいと思いました。
周りにも喫茶店などあったりもいい点です。
今回の部屋があまり景色がよろしくなく、部屋の目の前が木で覆い尽くされてるのは少し残念でした…
宿泊されて景色を求める方は早めの予約が必要かと思います。(当たり前ですが…)

La habitación muy muy pequeña y eso que pedimos habitación doble para matrimonio con niño, pedimos que nos la cambien y nos quieren cobrar suplemento. También se adquirió con desayuno y desde el hotel nos dice que el desayuno del niño no está incluido teniendo que pagar 1900¥ por día del niño.

The Cross Dine breakfast buffet was often very crowded and the food resupply was slow. Also, the food selections were the same every morning. The fact that they had only two of the slowest toasters in the world made getting toast very difficult. They really need a commercial conveyor type toaster to accommodate the large crowds. For a 16-day stay, that became rather boring.

Great central location
Rooms were smaller
The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was an OK size and comfortable. The location was great - a short walk from Ikebukuro Station - very convenient as a base to explore Tokyo. The view from our room (22nd floor) was nice especially at night. The New Days convenience store inside the hotel was useful for quickly grabbing drinks and snacks etc. There is also a Family Mart and a MOS Burger just across the road which was super convenient when returning tired to the hotel at the end of the day and wanting a quick no fuss dinner.
The machines in the laundry room are combined washer-dryers so they take forever to dry even small loads. The regular wash-dry cycle is 2hrs and I would often need to add an extra 30min of drying. The TV tracker for which machines are in use regularly wasn't accurate so it could be a little frustrating going down to the laundry room expecting machines to be free and being disappointed. My only other complaint was that there was very minimal ventilation in the bathroom so it always got very wet and slippery after a hot shower.

Proximity to station , convenience to shopping
The location was perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk to the Ikebukuro station and the station is well connected. The surrounding areas were very lit up at night so it felt safe coming back even at late hours. There’s a convenience store about 2 mins away which has great options for breakfast (we never ate at the hotel restaurant). The room size was actually pretty generous, we had two pieces of luggage (checked in and carry on) in the room and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The rooms were cleaned everyday and you get a pyjama set to wear as well as toiletries (toothbrush, brushes, vanity set) and a hair dryer. They also offer luggage transfer services at the front desk, you just have to remember to bring cash to pay for this.
The bathroom did look a bit dated and small but wasn’t a major hiccup.
