Please note that children under 16 years old, guests with a tattoo and pregnant woman are not permitted to use the fitness room and swimming pool. Both facilities are available at an extra fee, and closed every Tuesday. Opening hours of the facilities are as follows:
Weekdays: 06:00-23:00
Saturdays: 08:00- 22:00
Sundays and holidays: 08:00-20:00
*The fitness room is closed from 30/12 to 03/01 every year.


Narita Airport is located 37 mi from central Tokyo, and there are 4 main transport options into the city.
1) The JR Narita Express Train goes to major stations including Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Travel time is approximately 1 hour. It is available every 30 minutes until approximately 21:30.

2) The Keisei Skyliner Train offers nonstop service to Nippori and Ueno Train Stations in about 40 minutes.

3) The Airport Limousine Bus offers transport to a variety of major hotels and train stations throughout Tokyo, most of which are within a 2-hour bus ride away. Tokyo City Air Terminal (next to Suitengu Subway Station) is about a 1-hour ride and Tokyo Station is a 75-minute ride away. Please ask the desk staff if the Limousine Bus stops at your hotel or a hotel nearby.

4) The Keisei Access Express Train offers access to all stops on the Asakusa Subway Line, as well as Shinbashi and Shinagawa Stations, with a final stop at Haneda Airport.

Children aged 1–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 1–3 years.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

A very busy hotel. Check in was easy, a lot of staff everywhere to help. Convenient location. Close to malls, food options and convenient stores. Room was a good size for Japan. Also had a cot organized as we requested and a diaper bin for us in our hotel.

Trevligt hotell med god service väldig lätttillgängligt från tågstationen.
Pros:

Området Ikebukuro var väldigt trevligt, lite lugnare och tillgängligt. Nära Ikebukuro Station. Trevlig buffé på hotellet.

Cons:

エレベーターホールがとてもタバコくさかったです。おそらく、空気清浄機が故障していて、反対側の客室が喫煙のお部屋だったためなのかなと想像していました。

Excelente ubicación en Ikebukuro.
Pros:

Ubicación al lado de la estación Ikebukuro, muy bien conectado, una zona con mucho comercio y lugares para comer, cercano a Sunshine city.
Un plus es que la parada del bus limusina al aeropuerto esté al costado del hotel.
La atención del personal muy amable, y la limpieza de la habitación excelente.
Nos guardaron el equipaje unas horas luego del check out, lo que también se agradece.

Cons:

Lo único que podría agregar es que el desayuno se hace muy repetitivo si uno se queda varios días, si bien es variado, siempre es igual.

The prices for the meals were very high, eg breakfast and dinner. I paid for one night and the options were good but not worth the prices they were.
