Please note that children under 16 years old, guests with a tattoo and pregnant woman are not permitted to use the fitness room and swimming pool. Both facilities are available at an extra fee, and closed every Tuesday. Opening hours of the facilities are as follows:
Weekdays: 06:00-23:00
Saturdays: 08:00- 22:00
Sundays and holidays: 08:00-20:00
*The fitness room is closed from 30/12 to 03/01 every year.


Narita Airport is located 37 mi from central Tokyo, and there are 4 main transport options into the city.
1) The JR Narita Express Train goes to major stations including Tokyo, Shinagawa, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Travel time is approximately 1 hour. It is available every 30 minutes until approximately 21:30.

2) The Keisei Skyliner Train offers nonstop service to Nippori and Ueno Train Stations in about 40 minutes.

3) The Airport Limousine Bus offers transport to a variety of major hotels and train stations throughout Tokyo, most of which are within a 2-hour bus ride away. Tokyo City Air Terminal (next to Suitengu Subway Station) is about a 1-hour ride and Tokyo Station is a 75-minute ride away. Please ask the desk staff if the Limousine Bus stops at your hotel or a hotel nearby.

4) The Keisei Access Express Train offers access to all stops on the Asakusa Subway Line, as well as Shinbashi and Shinagawa Stations, with a final stop at Haneda Airport.

Children aged 1–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 1–3 years.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. うまい、静か、アクセス最強
Pros:

とても静かで朝の食事が最高に美味しかったです。成田からバスで直通で来れたのは感激でした。池袋駅へのアクセスも最高で買い物にも最適でした。
後、部屋も驚くほど静かで外の音もなく、空調の音すらしないのが最高でした。
スタッフの対応も最高で、心から満足いく滞在になりました。

Das bei einem Erdbeben der Stärke 5 keinerlei Informationen an die Gäste gegeben werden. Weder während dessen noch danach und wir waren im 17. Stock

Excelente hotel para visitar Tokyo

Hotel muy grande. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones cómodas con vistas a la ciudad. Limpieza excelente. Baños muy completos. Ascensores suficientes. Báscula en la zona de recepción para pesar las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto.
Hotel muy bien situado a escasos metros de multitud de líneas de metro que llegan a las principales zonas de turismo, aeropuerto, etc. Multitud de centros comerciales, zonas de compra, restauración, etc.
Buena relación calidad/precio.

Hotel fabuleux et extrêmement bien situé.
Pros:

Chambre de bonne taille pour trois, surtout à Tokyo. Literie confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse. Produits de toilettes à disposition + pyjamas appréciables. Salle de petit-déjeuner très bien organisée et repas avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité pour commencer les longues journées de visites. Personnel charmant. Cerise sur le gâteau, très belle vue de la chambre (25eme étage) et nous avons pu apercevoir le Mont Fuji ! Idéalement situé près de la gare d’Ikebukuro.

nice, big modern hotel , with great food / bar options , but terrible rooms

Cons:

we stayed for 3 nights and in two different rooms , in both cases , even with the bigger room , the bed was jammed up against the wall on one side and with no night stand on that side , so not great for the person on that side, no place for a water glass and very difficult to get in/ out of bed !!!! - we had 16 nights in our tour of Japan and this was the only hotel that we had that issue with - not on for $400 CDN for very small room and much more for the bigger room

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and there are several good facilities (eg. Laundry, gym,...). Great position in front of the station

Cons:

Sometimes you can smell the smoke from the smoking room in the lifts area. The room was not particularly spacious, and an additional coffee table in the way doesn't help.

This is where we always stay when we are in Tokyo
Pros:

The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. Most of all the location is what brings us back year after year. We love that the airport limousine bus drops off and picks up here. We’ve been staying here twice a year for the past 8-9 years.
