Pros:

위치 좋고, 내부 청결하고 설비도 우수하고 가성비가 매우 좋아 다음에도 이용하고 싶습니다. 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

Cons:

한여름에 도보로 레지던스를 찾아오는 대부분의 손님들은 셀프 체크인하는 동안 땀 샤워를 해야 합니다. 현관 입구 설비가 아쉬웠습니다. 가족들은 너무 센 바람이 나오는 드라이기 컴플레인을 많이 했습니다. 헤어에 예민한 분들은 드라이기 지참하시기 바랍니다.

良い宿泊施設でした
Pros:

窓が大きい為部屋の中のが明るい、トイレや浴室もとても清潔、マンション玄関や部屋の入り口が全てデジタル化しているので鍵が要らなくて良かった。

Cons:

洗面所がとても小さくて洗顔ができなかった。ベッドのコンセントが少なくて少し不便。

만족했던 하카타 19
Pros:

하타카 19는 정보가 많이 없어서 어떤 곳일까 많이 궁금했습니다. 호텔이라는 곳 말고 레지던스는 처음이라 설레기도 했어요.
1. 햇빛이 동 /서로 잘 들어옵니다.
전등을 키지 않아도 밝아요! (하지만..햇살 뜨거워서 커텐 필수..)
2. 베란다 있어서 한번쯤 밖을 구경 할 수 있었고
3. 미나 텐진에서 6분정도였고 가는 길에 신신라멘 있구요
4. 텐진미나미까지 15분정도였고
5. 조식 먹을 만한 곳이 많지 않아서 솔라리아 스테이지 지하 애용 많이했어요.
6. 어디든 소리는 나니까... 어디는 소리는 지르니까 생각으로... 지냈습니다
7. 화장실/욕실 구분되어 있는데 욕실이 전체 에서 샤워도 가능하고 욕조에서 발목담그는것도 가능하고요. 그게 참 좋았어요.
8. 세면대의 거울이 애매한 위치 있어서 ㅋㄱㅋ 이건 고쳐야할 게 맞는거 같아요.
9. 호텔 앞 로손 있는데 텐진 미나미 방향으로 스시로도 있고 세븐도 있고..편했습니다. 굿!
10. 세탁기 사용은 안했지만, 주방과 그릇과 컵등이 많아서 좋았어요. 그릇건조대만 있음 좋겠단 생각이 ...!
!! 침대가 넓어서 좋았어요. 매트가 하나 있는데 어디다 펼쳐야할지 모르겟다는게 단점/..

처음 버튼은 느낌표가 아닙니다아아... 헷갈렸어요...ㅠㅠ 물론 키패드에 느낌표 없으니까 ㅋㄱ 별*이 맞지만...

Cons:

完全にSelf Serviceで、頼みたい事はチャットでのやり取り。質問が終わっていないのに一方的にチャットを切られた。また　前の人のゴミがゴミ箱にそのままで不衛生。そのためか、部屋に匂いがついてた。回収をお願いしても翌日の回収となるので、部屋の外に出しておけと言われる始末
