Pros:

lThe hotel was good overall. The reception service was excellent, and the breakfast was good as well.

The only thing that did not fully meet my expectations was the room, but it was acceptable in general.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien situado y con los servicios básicos para pasar unos días en Estambul. El personal muy amable. El desayuno bastante bueno y servido en la ultima planta con unas preciosas vistas a la ciudad.

Cons:

El único problema es que quizá en la habitación hacia calor, pero hay aire acondicionado.

Ubicación excepcional.
Hotel con algunas deficiencias estructurales.
Desayunos irregulares en función del número de personas alojadas (mucha gente implicaba la falta de algunos productos). Estuve en septiembre del 2025 y recuerdo un desayuno más variado.
Pero, en general, puede calificarse nuestra estancia como buena, aunque no excepcional.

Location, nearly cried and wanted to go back to airport, very small rooms, tiny bathroom, used makeup pads stuck to floor, hotel surrounded by dilapidated buildings. Had to leave and book into another hotel

Good hotel, decent breakfast, and a cozy room. The Wi-Fi worked very fast and without interruptions. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a higher room category free of charge. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Cons:

The bathroom was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The trash bin was very rusty, and all the water from the shower leaked across the entire bathroom floor. The bathroom was very dark, with no proper lighting. It was small and poorly ventilated, making it quite unpleasant to be there. The bathroom is in great need of renovation.
