Great location, helpful staff.
Pros:

Location and access to trains and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Although there weren’t laundry facilities there is a local coin operated laundry only two or so streets away.

Cons:

The room really needed a thorough clean, it was extremely dusty. I dropped my phone by the bedside table and I noticed a lot of dirt. There were old earrings from other visitors and chips.

Pros:

Such a brillliant location - super close to several metro stations and only a short ride to popular attractions across Tokyo. Akasaka is a hidden gem ot an area to stay in. There are plenty of options for dining, shopping and entertainment, and Alfit is situated within walking distance to all of it. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and we found the staff very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The location was great for tourists and the room was specious and well appointed.

It would have been useful to have storage or a place to hang coats and jackets.

Pros:

Very convenient location and staff is friendly and very helpful

Cons:

I had to use stairs ; was not ideal when luggage is heavy and travelling alone. However, staff helped me to carry the luggage for me to my room.
