It is good. But this time i am not satisfied .... Why i don't know.. they don't give hot water after 2:00 pm ...

Pros:

Everything was fine and excellent.Only the rate of food is too high as compared to other hotels.The behavior of Manager was very polite and excellent.

Pros:

The rooms are very neat and clean and the service is amazing. The bengali uncle in the reception is a well behaved and nice person.

Pros:

One word to describe it “Horrible” Do not BOOK your stay there.. Bad location, you will find Micky mouse cousin “Mickey Rat” (ugly version) but seriously, i got allergies during my stay need to work on alot of things,
•Vermins and Rats
•No Hot water
•The kitchen had nothing to feed us on the selection of food we wanted, thankfully we had takeaways, only after we then discovered the rat problem God knows how dirty the kitchen would be (gross)
• staffs has no work ethics and experience and they have no clue whatsoever feels like they got picked up from streets or from the railway station
• Noise pollution
• The room was all covered with layer of dust, literally dust everywhere, beds, pillows, furnitures, bath etc etc
The dirtiest and the most filthiest place i have even been in my life “stay away”
