Nice, friendly hotel, close to city centre, with secure parking.
Pros:

We were only using Hotel Claudia as a stopover, and it had been recommended by an acquaintance. We mainly wanted a budget-friendly hotel with secure parking, and Hotel Claudia fit the bill. The staff is friendly, the room comfortable and even has a balcony. Good bathroom and showers, comfortable bed, plenty of room, and a mini fridge. The staff spoke no English but was very helpful using google translate so we could communicate. The hotel is close to downtown Macuspana, so there are many places to eat or shop if needed.

Cons:

The free breakfast doesn't start until 9:00AM, which was much too late for us. We were up and gone long before that. The stairs to the third floor are a bit narrow and there is no elevator, so if you have large, heavy luggage and a tough time carrying it this could be a problem. The access street is one-way, and it was closed at the entry end for maintenance work. We had to drive the wrong way on the street to get to the hotel. (note: this was a very temporary problem, as it was fixed a few hours after we arrived).

Es aceptable por el precio que estás pagando. Algo muy bueno es que aceptan mascotas por un cargo extra, en nuestro caso $100 extra por perrito ya que son pequeños.
