Would definitely stay again. Overall clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping. Food at hotel bar was good quality, reasonably priced.

Cons:

Pull out sofa mattress and spring frame could be more comfortable. Didn't feel like it had much support, sagged. Heating contols in bedroom, so difficult to regulate temperature near pull out vs bedroom.

Could be a great place with a few tweaks!!
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is good; the room size was good and so was the bathroom. The kitchenette, fridge etc... very nice. The woman up front Clarissa was awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and even handled a small issue I had immediately.

Cons:

The layout of the room is a bit cramped in the living room/kitchen area. The King bed is definitely not what you folks usually use, this thing was so uncomfortable. We are rewards members and stay at a lot of Marriotts specifically for the beds, this one did not live up. The room is very noisy, the Hotel is literally in the middle of a half dozen busy roads and across from a giant mall, plus it was directly above the function room, where there was a huge Birthday party slammin until 10 I believe. The breakfast was the usual, not bad, not great.
