Buen hotel si viajas ligero
Pros:

La ubicación, a 20 pasos de la torre galata y muy tranquilo y bonito alrededor

Cons:

El espacio de la habitación es muy pequeño, tuvimos dificultad para abrir las maletas, además no había TV

Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.
La colazione è buona e viene servita in un bel locale a pochi passi dalla struttura.
La camera era pulita e luminosa.
Il bagno è piccolo ma pulito e con tutto il necessario.
La struttura è a pochi metri dalla torre di Galata, in pieno centro.
Fate attenzione, essendo situato su una strada molto turistica la struttura non è silenziosa.

Piccolo hotel senza troppe pretese ma posizione SUPER in una zona molto carina soprattutto di sera!!

Sono stata in vacanza a Istanbul dal 22 al 26 aprile, mi sono trovata molto bene in questo hotel, è piccolino ma la posizione è molto strategica perchè si trova proprio sotto la torre di Galata dove ci sono tanti locali e per muoversi si può anche fare tutto il ponte a piedi e scendere fino al porto nella zona di Eminonu oppure prendere ad esempio il tram all'inizio del ponte.
Ci tornerei perchè è un quartiere bello, vivace e accogliente...anche se, essendo appunto una zona affollatissima, ovviamente è anche parecchio rumorosa. L'hotel è piccolino ma se non si hanno troppe pretese è perfetto!!!

Cons:

La colazione: noi avevamo dei tour organizzati la mattina presto per cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio perchè ti il ristorante apriva alle 8: secondo me dovrebbero invece iniziare prima, magari già alle 7 del mattino...

Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля,в 50 м от башни. Очень услужливый и доброжелательный персонал. На ресепшене всегда в наличии вкусный кофе и вода. Завтрак очень хороший в соседнем кафе.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, l'emplacement près de la tour de Galata.

Cons:

L'hôtel donne sur une rue très bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. Les fenêtres ne permettent pas du tout d'atténuer le bruit.
On a l'impression de dormir dans la rue au milieu du bruit.

Das Hotel ist an top Lage und sehr familiär, Zimmer tadellos und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir wurden von Herrn Sefik überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist ideal und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm, wo es viele Restaurants und Bars hat. Perfekt um das Viertel und die Stadt zu erkunden.

Ottima scelta: posizione, staff e hotel top!
Pros:

Soggiorno davvero fantastico! Hotel molto carino, curato e in una posizione semplicemente perfetta per muoversi con facilità. La zona piena di locali molto carini. La colazione top, servita in un ristorante proprio sotto la torre di Galata. Il vero valore aggiunto è il personale: sempre accogliente, disponibile e cordiale, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.
Struttura pulita e piacevole sotto ogni aspetto.
Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Unico piccolissimo neo, migliorabile senza difficoltà: una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del bagno renderebbe l’esperienza davvero impeccabile.

Pros:

Frühstücken kann man 100m entfernt direkt in einem Restaurant mit Blick auf den Galata-Turm. Zur Auswahl stehen ca 15 Gerichte - sehr lecker!
Hotel liegt super zentral am Galataturm. Personal ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.
Sehr quirliges Viertel - deshalb auch viel Leben und Lärm. Aber die Fenster des Hotels isolieren sehr gut.
Haben das Taxi vom Flughaben zum Hotel über das Hotel gebucht - hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Betten könnten breiter sein - 1,80 wäre super ;-))

Gute Unterkunft mitten im Galata-Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wirklich mitten im Gastronomiezentrum am Galata-Turm. Rundherum gibt es viele Lokale und Geschäfte. Wer hier wohnt, muss mit etwas Straßenlärm rechnen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist umfänglich mit einem Vintage-Touch, das Bad ist modern.
Der Service ist freundlich, die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, es gibt einen kleinen Loungebereich mit vielfältigen Kaffee- und Teeangeboten. Das Frühstück wird in einem Lokal direkt am Galata-Turm serviert. Es gibt ein Vouchersystem und eine gute Auswahl in dem Lokal. man sitzt dort ausgesprochen gut, der Service ist freundlich und schnell.

Cons:

Die Abreise, wären gerne länger geblieben.

Unacceptable conditions, it was impossible to get proper rest
Cons:

We could not rest properly during our stay. One room was extremely noisy, making sleep impossible. The other was uncomfortably hot with no temperature control. Overall, both rooms lacked basic comfort and sound insulation. We left earlier than planned as the hotel was not suitable for a restful stay.
It is unacceptable that the room I was given is even offered to guests, as it is simply impossible to sleep there.
