I stayed for a week with family.
Location is perfect. I didn’t get wet even rainy day as subway station and bus stops are very close as well as shopping malls.
Cleanliness of room and public spaces are also excellent, special thank to Wendy who made our day brighter.
Food is great too. Breakfast at the “Estate” fulfills the standard of high class hotel’s one, and I enjoyed very busy and bustling atmosphere though it may be too energetic if you want to start a day with quiet and calm morning. Then I switch to use EFL and it was amazing. I relaxed in spacious lounge and the service left nothing to be desired. Thank to Jimmy. I had great morning time.
After daytime activities under scorching and humid weather, we healed by the cocktail hour service at the lounge. The lounge service was impeccable. We feel thankful to Seiya’s kindness and smile, and especially, DONOVAN made our stay unforgettable. We respect his professionalism and will become back as long as he’s there.
All things considered Hilton Orchard is the best hotel that I have experienced in Singapore. Highly recommend.
We stayed at Hilton Singapore Orchard for one night, primarily as we had booked the Champagne Sunday Brunch at Estate Restaurant the following day. The hotel’s location right on Orchard Road is excellent, placing you in the heart of Singapore’s shopping district. Everything you might need is within walking distance, and transport links are convenient.
As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I received a room upgrade along with a late check-out, which made the short stay feel far more relaxed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout.
Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a one-night stay. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower, and while the room wasn’t overly large, it was thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed.
The pool area was on the smaller side, but given the hotel’s central Orchard Road location, that was to be expected.
Overall, Hilton Singapore Orchard delivered exactly what we were looking for — a comfortable, well-located base with excellent Honors recognition and friendly service. For a short city stay, it works perfectly.

The prompt to everything being asked just made the stay comfortable. I celebrated my son's birthday and they decorated the room and provided with the milo cake. Couldn't ask for more. Cherry on top is the location, a street full of malls. I loved shopping at takashimaya mall located just next to it

From Mandarin Orchard to Hilton in 2022, renovated then. First time staying here
Great location in the middle of orchard road, so everything is at your doorstep
Spacious lobby on 5th floor. One of the most professional check-in’s i’ve encountered
Decent sized suite with double bathrooms. Unlike most other hotels, the extra bathroom has a large sink. They need to upgrade from the crabtree toiletries though. City view including Marina bay sands
There are 2 gyms, both medium sized

Recently stayed at this hotel. Great stay in an excellent clean room. Service and staff were extremely polite and helpful. A special mention to staff on executive floor, especially Donovan whose service went far and beyond. Would recommend this hotel.
