Hotel location is quite excellent and located at high street if you love shopping.
Breakfast buffet spread was quite good and having so many varieties even for a vegan.
Got room upgrade as well which was quite nice.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely.
Very bad reservations hotline and service. Staff cancelled my reservation which is actually paid for and I did not ask for that. I ask to change reservation if possible otherwise it is alright but he cancelled the reservation and told me he cannot do anything about it. Worse thing, he laugh at my problem. This is not a reflection of a basic human being pls look into it. Basic courtesy is not an entitlement but a basic request and requirement for customer service don’t u agree? Furthermore, he laugh a few more times which is not appropriate for a customer service role.
I have been visiting Singapore several times a year for the past decade, and have been staying at the Singapore Hilton Orchard even before its more recent location (the former Mandarin Hotel). As a regular Hilton guest throughout my foreign and domestic trips, it has been one that stands out as exceptional among other Hilton international properties, and definitely one with the best Executive Lounge I continue to experience. As always, this last time has proven to be yet another wonderful stay given its usual reliability and consistent quality improvement. While the food, amenities and facilities are excellent, what makes it the best lounge is essentially the amazing personnel from Aurelius at the front to Jimmy, Sani, Donovan and Lily in the dining area. Of course, always special kudos to Pei Xuan Boo in management who always goes above and beyond with personalized yet efficient customer service. I always look forward to my next trip and stay as the special family environment makes the Hilton Singapore Orchard a home away from home every time!
