The room doesn’t look like 5 stars hotel in my opinion
My daughter got sick she couldn’t go down for breakfast but the staff at counter not allowed to bring anything except bread I asked for eggs or something else but not allowed it’s really bad

Not met the expectation of a global brand - Hilton.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was very good

Cons:

The hotel is very noisy and does not have a private feel like othet hilton hotels in other parts of the globe. It's only quiet in your room. The staff in housekeeping are from mainland china. They had no idea about what a hairdryer meant and I had to call reception again and explain things!

Housekeeping services for a Hilton was poor too. They apologised for forgetting to clean my room!

Wifi had constant issues. Staff told me they were not sure why but it had been going on for a week!
