Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and efficient meeting all our expectations and be as comfortable as possible. The rooms are modern, clean, well laid out and everything is working as it should work. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and slightly longer walks to places to visit such as the national museum.

Cons:

Improved variety in breakfast offerings on different days.

Great Executive lounge. Comfortable rooms
Pros:

Our second visit here and not disappointed about the service or quality of the rooms. We had an executive suite. As diamond Hilton members we had full lounge access. This includes a good breakfast with egg station (limited to basic omelette, fried and poached) a lot of hot food, pastries, bread and cereals etc. All as you would expect at a hotel breakfast. From 5.30 to 7.30 there is ‘happy hour’. There is a very good selection of food. Hot selection which is different every day we went, cheeses and cold meat, salads, dessert and fruits. They were very good at topping up our drinks which included soft, wines and Chandon sparkling. Although the night we sat further away from the food we had to go to the drinks area to get a top up. The suite was large. Two rooms, two bathrooms. One room was a sitting area with TV, the other bed, TV and wardrobe space. There was a good range of drawers and wardrobe space.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

I booked an executive club room in 2020 and it was the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. It was located on a high floor and gave an excellent view of the city. The food was exceptional with a full buffet including delicious desserts. The alcohol on offer was of a high quality.

For this visit our room seemed crammed with furniture and very small. It had obviously been refurbished but without thought. The cheap ironing board tipped every time clothes were ironed. One Power point was behind a pole so difficult to insert the plug. The shower hose didn’t stay in place. The buffet was scarce with the 2 dessert cakes cut into 2cm squares. Morning pastries and cakes were plain and the same each day. Overall extremely disappointing.

Staycation
Pros:

The Hilton Singapore Orchard is ideally located in the city center, making it perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and relaxation. We stayed with our kids, who loved the pool, and enjoyed the convenience of many nearby restaurants as well as excellent dining options within the hotel itself. A fantastic choice for families visiting Singapore!

Great stay in Hilton Orchard
Pros:

Love Hilton Orchard for its convenient location and great selection of nearby restaurants and cafés. Special thanks to Wendy from the Mandarin Wing for her excellent room service. The Executive Lounge staff were also very attentive. A wonderful stay overall!
