Pros:

great space, I got a room upgrade and check in and check out were super easy. Amazing view of orchard road

Modern minimalistic room.Central location.Spacious room(I got the deluxe twin)

Cons:

Nothing that fell short but for a 5 start property,it would be nice to have a welcome platter like fruits/chocolates.
I thought the pool was pretty small.Breakfast buffet spread was good

Pros:

Location is superb. Staff are very friendly and you felt at home. Room is clean and neat.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room despite adjusted to low was still very cold. Shower head is loose and needed to hold it while showering. Lift lobby area are dim.

Pros:

Location and the food at Ginger Lily

Cons:

the lock to our bathroom door was not working. we cannot lock the bathroom door. Secondly, when we checked out, it took longer.
