Very disappointing
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

I booked an executive club room in 2020 and it was the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. It was located on a high floor and gave an excellent view of the city. The food was exceptional with a full buffet including delicious desserts. The alcohol on offer was of a high quality.

For this visit our room seemed crammed with furniture and very small. It had obviously been refurbished but without thought. The cheap ironing board tipped every time clothes were ironed. One Power point was behind a pole so difficult to insert the plug. The shower hose didn’t stay in place. The buffet was scarce with the 2 dessert cakes cut into 2cm squares. Morning pastries and cakes were plain and the same each day. Overall extremely disappointing.

Good base for three days in a busy city.
Pros:

Large hotel with two wings, nevertheless easy to navigate, quiet and calm. Beds very comfortable. Room amenities, tea/coffee/water good. Central to busy shopping district. MRT transport access and eateries. Reception on 5th floor. All staff encountered from concierge, restaurant, room attendant excellent. Breakfast amazing - such variety and quantity.

Cons:

Size makes it appear a little soulless, but throughly enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location & staff are very friendly and polite
Pros:

Location is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

They don’t keep food for guests in their fridge. The fridge in the room is mini. So kind of hard if you bought food to bring home that need refrigerated.
