Pillows and bed needs improvement. Pillows are very soft and low. Three pillows can be provided per person. Six pillows for a double bed.

Wendy and Jean did a great job cleaning my room. They were on time, friendly, and very thorough. Everything looked clean and fresh when they finished. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.
The location was excellent of course and the beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was really nice with great lighting. There was also a big selection of food at breakfast.
I have never had to queue for breakfast at any 5 nor even 4 star hotels before in my life - perhaps you need a bigger space for breakfast or limit the dining time for people because it seems very large families are going there and staying for hours leaving very little tables available so queues are consistently long regardless of dining time. Eventually I just gave up on the breakfast so I am certainly booking without breakfast included next time if I go.
The pool is located in such a strange location of the hotel that you'd have to walk through the main lobby and by the bars and restaurants...
My biggest issues of all... I am travelling from the UK so have to deal with jetlag as with most other long haul travellers. Many other hotels are smart enough to place single travellers on the same floor and keep large families and children on other floors concentrated - not here apparently.
My first few nights were ok and the remainder of my stay was a nightmare with different children running up and down corridor early in the morning and even late at night. A very large family (not even with children as they were teens) also moved in and spread across different rooms surrounding me, and they refused to shut their room doors properly so kept the latch on and walked in and out different rooms slamming the doors all day and night it was unbearable. The staff essentially could not do anything and didn't seem like they even verbally warned those guys, only offered to moved me for a night to a different room which was crazy, why should it be me to move here and there running around to avoid people who are delinquents and not following hotel policy? I am sure keeping those doors on latch and slamming non stop all day was a fire safety issue too.
Wonderful staff and service at this centrally located hotel. Excellent rooms. Club liunge and offerings were generous. Amazingly warm concierge helping guide my day.
Great location. Very clean rooms, plenty of restaurant options if you do not have any dietary restrictions. Lots of shopping nearby!
As someone gluten free I did think the selection provided at breakfast was a bit lack luster compared to other hotels. Would rate it a 3/5
