Excelente ubicación y los desayunos estuvieron muy deliciosos,el mejor bahn mi que pude probar en Vietnam

Günstig, zentral gelegen und sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer war gut, das Bad hatte eine Badewanne.
Wir konnten auch direkt über die Unterkunft eine Tour buchen. Das Morgenessen war auch ganz ok.

Super-fast internet to Europe.
Air cleaner in room.
Nice breakfast.

Sehr tolles Guesthouse, geräumige und gemütliche Zimmer, tolle und freundliche Angestellte.
Was ich zusätzlich noch herausstellen möchte ist dass man uns sehr hilfreich entgegen kam als wir bei der Anreise Probleme mit einer Flugstornierung hatten.
Wir würden jederzeit und gerne wieder kommen

The owner and staff were really approachable and did their best to accommodate us as best as they can. It was easy also to roam around Da Nang with a big group using their rental cars.

Our stay at Thi Boutique Villa was truly exceptional—we enjoyed every moment and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a choice of freshly made Asian or American dishes. It was so much better than a typical buffet—everything felt thoughtful and delicious.
The villa’s proximity to the beach is perfect. We highly recommend heading out early, around 5:30–6:30 a.m., to enjoy the cool morning air and experience the beach alongside the local community. It’s a special, memorable way to start the day.
If you have the chance, spend some time in the beautiful garden as well. It’s a peaceful spot to relax and connect with other guests, which added an extra layer of warmth to our stay.
If you get a chance, visit the Dy Cake Shop nearby. Also try the craft beer they have in their fridge. Some of the best I tasted. Especially the Milk Stout. You won't be disappointed.

Great stay in Da Nang. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with shops and everything you might need nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was above average in size, with a nice balcony, and the mattresses were excellent, so we slept really well. We would happily stay here again.

I had great expectations for this hotel, rather give my money to a family run place than a large hotel.
Although I had a bit of a problem with my room and decided to leave early, the owner was very responsive and did the unexpected and refunded my money for the night.
I would try this lovely place again given the location and particularly the kindness of the owners.

We stayed at this cozy hotel in Da Nang and were very satisfied with our experience. The atmosphere here is truly special-a blend of European comfort and Asian charm that makes you feel at home while still enjoying a tropical paradise. The property is beautiful, green, and full of vibrant tropical details that create a perfect holiday mood.
We would especially like to highlight the owner Nha and the staff (very friendly and kindly boy) . Their attitude was exceptional — very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Any question or request was handled quickly and with genuine care for our comfort.
When we first checked in and met the owner, it immediately reminded us of the movie “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” — the same warm, soulful atmosphere where you feel not just like a guest, but like a welcome friend.
If there were any small issues in the room, the owner resolved them right away without any hesitation. He even installed a new air purifier, which showed great care and attention to guests.
The breakfasts were excellent — tasty, varied, and with a good selection. The beach is very close, which is very convenient. The hotel is also located almost in the center, so cafes, shops, and places to walk are all within easy reach.

Overall, this is a place we would truly love to return to. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, coziness, and warm hospitality.

Vriendelijkheid, kleinschaligheid en de locatie. Uitstraling van het knusse Boutique Hotel is erg sfeervol. Ben hier 3 nachten verbleven. Scooter die ik elders gehuurd had (wist niet dat hun ook verhuurde 🫣) werd door de nachtdienst achter de poort gezet 👌.

Great value for money and friendly staff!

Goede locatie! Dichtbij het strand. Iedereen was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hadden geen tijd meer om te ontbijten op de laatste ochtend en toen kregen we een tasje met fruit, broodjes en water mee. Super aardig! De kamer was mooi en het balkon is heel fijn.

Gute Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, insbesondere die Frau.

Thi boutique Villa was very inviting, lovely garden. They also provided a variety for breakfast which was delicious.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating, recommending a few tours on their board in reception. She also helped me for where l can go to connect with the bus to Hoi an, l caught the public no.2 bus.
My room was very quaint, large and comfortable.
I walked to many places from here, my key beach, dragon bridge and the pink chapel.
