Super , proche de la plage au milieu de tout , 5 kg de la lady Buddha , 7 km de marble mounitin iron

Le responsable super , grand chambre avec baignoire ( la robinetterie, douchette mérite d’être remplacé mais tout fonctionne très bien ). L emplacement dans la zone de prise en charge pour les tours .

A very good place — not perfect, but with soul
Pros:

Nice quiet space. Good, beautiful rooms with a lot of space. Very nice staff. Wi fi is good. I’ve rented a bike for good price - it was new and cool. Breakfast was delicious.

A Great Stay in Da Nang
Pros:

Nha and his family are incredible hosts who have poured a lot of love into the property and into their guests. The breakfast was delicious every day, any needs were promptly met with a smile, they provided great recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thi Boutique Villa. The location was exceptional considering how busy, and noisy, Da Nang is. It was extremely quiet while still being close to the beach and many other amenities.

Every interaction with the family/staff was warm, inviting, and enjoyable. The young man, Win, who works at night is a hard working and genuine man that ensured we could check-in late upon arrival and made sure we had access on nights we returned late. Our experience at Thi Boutique Villa was multitudes better than a "higher starred" hotel we stayed at during our trip. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone considering.

Cons:

Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Based on our experience with the ground-floor room, we unfortunately would not recommend this property.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. We had late check-in (around 11pm) and guy at reception waited for us.

The breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Every day there was watermelon, banana, some pastries, tea and coffee. For a hot option such as soup or eggs, you had to order it one day in advance.

We got free bottle water every day.

Cons:

The room was located on the ground floor near the entrance, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay.

There was almost no soundproofing, so we could hear everything happening outside and in the other rooms. The room also wasn’t as clean as we expected. When we checked in, there was half a roll of toilet paper (left from previous guests' stay) in the bathroom, and we noticed mould in the bathroom as well.

There was also a large hole/opening in the bathroom near the window, which was not properly sealed. This meant that insects could easily get inside, which was quite unpleasant.

Another unpleasant thing was the large pile of rubbish on the corner of the street near the property, which made the surroundings less appealing.

I’m pretty sure the rooms on the upper floors are much better, especially in terms of noise and privacy.
