Staff was kind, breakfast was good. Pool area was dirty
Pros:

I wasn't impressed by the musty smell and the missing soffit on the outside and the hot tub looked really gross and in need of repair

Very nice place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The breakfast offering was large with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. The pool area was very clean. The workout room was small but had some dumbbells, a treadmill, and a recumbent bike. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay! Room recently renovated. Very nice. Bed extremely comfortable. Pool was great.

Great BBQ restaurant in Dodgeville

Cons:

Hotel was old, and carpets were dirty. Odd set up with bathroom sink in the living area.
Eggs were squares and apple juice & coffee was watered down.

Pros:

The service was excellent, the room was clean and quiet, everything worked perfectly, and breakfast was outstanding!
Our only complaint was that the ice machine wasn’t working.

Pros:

Staff was accommodating & welcoming.
Location is excellent with plentiful parking.
Free breakfast was timely & sufficient. Good coffee! Pool & hot-tub available but didn’t use.

Cons:

King bed was hard, 5 - 1/2 size lumpy pillows.
Remote tv guide inaccessible / cable tv minimal channels, unless you like sports!
Generally clean but could use some added detailing. It’s early in the season & the carpets need cleaned.

Great Room
Pros:

Great room, very clean with a nice view. Not far from the House on the Rock. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Spent two nights, and had a great time.
