Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und Grösse des Zimmers

Cons:

Der Dreck in dem Zimmer besonders das Badezimmer, verschliessene Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Regendusche erst nach Tagen gangbar, schwierig die Toilette abzuziehen. Schimmel am Fenster. KEINE Heizung. kaputtes Bügeleisen und Safe.

Staff were great, food was great, but the hotel itself is not as advertised and I'd avoid here.
Pros:

The bed was comfy, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

Cleanliness, dust on chandelier, hair on bathroom floor, window didn't lock but was stuck open with scaffolding right outside, all small issues but for £100 a night I just want a clean room. Also mold that was painted over? I don't know what it is but the wall opposite the bathroom door is damp and just looks like it's been painted over as a quick fix.

No heating? Was told only the owner can turn our heating on? The place just screams "steady income for a lazy owner" basically a glorified air b&b.

Great little hotel, we had a concert in cardiff. All the hotels in that area were very expensive. This was a great price

Beautiful food, great service and warm and cosy atmosphere!
Pros:

Lovely atmosphere, had a lovely brunch christmas eve, we had beautiful lunch there Saturday 10th January, we didn't book but we were accommodated straight away. Great service amazing value and quality food. Shout out to Sophie mathias .. we will be back. Thank you

Beautiful hotel with a warm welcome

Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful

Not exactly didn’t like but rooms and especially the bathroom is starting to look like it’s in need of a freshen up

Lovely boutique hotel in great location in Pontypridd.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and lovely bath

Cons:

Shower cubicle was absolutely tiny, and difficult to move around. Shower head could have had more pressure.
