Hotel Maritim

We stayed for 3 nights out of season at the end of March and beginning of April - and had a wonderful time. We had a deluxe room and the view from our balcony of Kirk town was great. Our balcony was huge too. The room was large and everything worked well - wifi was fast and reliable. Our room and all public areas were spotlessly clean - and, indeed, despite the fact that there were very few other guests at that time of year in the hotel, we saw staff cleaning the windows, sweeping the terrace etc. Breakfast was very good, with a nice choice and cooked to order omelettes and other egg dishes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We parked our car in the private hotel car park and that was perfect too. In short, we would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

We went to Kirk on the advice of a friend. Flew into Pula from Manchester and took a 2 1/2 hour car transfer to Kirk island (to avoid connecting flights). What a beautiful location with plenty bars and restaurants and shops to mooch around. Several boat trip/ activity options from the harbour. Everything a short pleasant walk (harbour/ town centre/ promenade/ beaches). Bustling atmosphere.
Weather was hot: 32deg C: I love being hot, but there are plenty places with air on if you’re not into these temps. Great variety of places to each ranging from burgers to posh dining.
In terms of the hotel: very clean, modern and feels new. Staff friendly. Family-run and helpful. Lovely breakfast choices: hot or cold.
Stylish decor. Clean rooms. Spacious en-suite.
Balcony with amazing view. Deluxe room worth the extra if you are a people-watcher (from large balcony overlooking harbour and town). Pool terrace with infinity pool enjoying amazing views. Small shady section of pool (where tinited glass side panels are) even at peak of day. Sun loungers under canopies.
Beautiful beach literally around the corner, with amazing views.
Town centre a short flat walk from hotel.
Hotel menu well priced and delicious food and open late for drinks.

Hotel Maritim is located just outside the port of Krk city on the island of Krk. The hotel is very modern and well kept, with amazing views towards the port and old town krk.

We had a very smooth and friendly check-in, with all the information we needed. The receptionist, who was also the waiter in the bar and breakfast time was so kind, gave us good recommendations and was very relaxed.

The room was just above the restaurant, which bothered us a bit, especially on game nights, because it was too loud, but overall the room was very quiet and spacious.
The decor was modern and good quality, the cleanliness was spot on everywhere in the room and as well in the whole hotel.
The mini bar was never refilled tho, we had to ask for water separately always...

The pool area is really nice, comfortable sun beds, spacious pool and really nice views towards the sea and the port. We were surprised there is no staff coming up ever to check if we needed anything, even tho there is a bar area there... Also leftover empty bottles and towels never cleaned up while our stay...

The breakfast was decent, enough options for cold and warm dishes, pancakes and so on... maybe more fresh fruit and vegetables options would be a bit nice.

Overall i would stay here again, the staff was always very welcoming and friendly and the location is really spot on. We never tried the restaurant for dinner or lunch, as walking into town was only 5 minutes away with more options...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights early august and had booked best room available expecting it to maybe be maybe a bit disappointed but we were not the room was everything and more than we had seen on their website. We had wrap round balcony and sliding doors that opened the room up on two sides. Every thing about it was fabulous. Comfortable bed lovely bathroom, fridge kettle and everything we needed. All space in world and plenty sockets for charging phones etc. owner was always around and we had push bikes and he let us put the down in a storage area that was safe and not used. All staff were so lovely and friendly great food and always busy. Will for sure go back some time.

This Hotel deserves 5 stars not just because of the hotel but the staff are amazing with food that would match any 5star
we spent 4 days in Krk and all day every day we found it hard to leave the roof top pool with the views
even though we stayed in there apartments they were spotless
we will defiantly be back to this beautiful hotel

This is one of the newer (if not the newest) hotels in town. More of a fancy restaurant, where you can spend the night than a hotel. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor and 6 rooms in each of the two floors underneath the infinity pool on the roof.

The hotel is right on the waterfront and overlooks the marina and old town. Everything is within walking distance.

Rooms are modern and size-wise more suited for a 5 star hotel, plenty of space, large bathroom with heated floors and large terrace overlooking the bay.

Breakfast is semi-self-service, the restaurant kitchen is open and they will also prepare fresh omelets and similar. And of course freshly brewed espresso.

Absolutely nothing to complain about and plenty to like.

Hubby and I decided at the last minute to get away and we were more than pleased when we arrived at Hotel Maritim. Parking was provided and the room was gorgeous! We were so pleased with the room and staff. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious; great Croatian food.
The hotel is in the sweetest little coastal city and right on the water. The town is perfectly peaceful and great for strolling.
Over all, this was a great stay and we would stay here again and probably will.

Rooms in Hotel Maritim are very clean and seem almost new. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. I had a great night sleep, it was quiet and cosy. The hotel staff was friendly and happy to help. We were able to get breakfast to go one day, since we had to leave early. There is a safe parking space next to the building and the location is really central. I liked the hotel breakfast and we also had dinner here twice. The portions were large and all seafood quite tasty. I would recommend you to visit the hotel in spring or autumn for the best experience.

Die Lage ist toll, direkt an einem kleinen Hafen, nicht weit vom Strand und Zentrum entfernt (je 5 min Fußweg).
Leider ist die Reinigung eine Katastrophe. Wir haben uns auch beschwert und an dem Abend hat der Chef dann persönlich nochmal nachgeputzt, aber die anderen Tagen waren wieder schlimm.
Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist einfach, also kein 4**** Standard, aber das war für uns ok. Das Personal ist freundlich, wirkt aber irgendwie etwas unprofessional. Am Tisch hat immer etwas gefehlt (Salz/ Pfeffer, Brot, Zucker, etc.).

Toole Lage und sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war leider sehr mäßig und es wurde in einer Woche nicht einmal gesaugt bzw. die Bettwäsche zumindest einmal gewechselt! Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten aber ausreichend. Man kann sich extra Rühreier oder Eiomlette z. bsp. bestellen. Ein öffentlicher Strand und das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
