Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war es optimal
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , die Lage zur Altstadt sehr gut und alles fussläufig zu erreichen

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück . Die Idee mit Drinks statt Zimmer-Reinigung fanden wir auch super . Dann noch die Super Lage = direkt hinter den Arcaden befindet sich die Altstadt.

Pros:

Die Rezeption hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Zentral und doch ruhig.

Super Location - wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Super Lage zur Innenstadt. Toll ist die kleine Terrasse, auf der wir immer gefrühstückt und auch abends gesessen haben. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass man den ganzen Tag über kostenlos alle möglichen Kaffee- und Teesorten kostenlos an der Kaffeebar bekommen konnte.
Sehr zuvorkommend war, neben dem kompletten Personal, uns gegenüber auch Herr Piscopo. Wir waren zwar nur zwei Nächte vor Ort und haben ihn in der Zeit näher beobachten können: Er hat einen außergewöhnlich tollen Job gemacht, war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelbett mit einer großen Bettdecke für uns beide. Ich bewege mich im Schlaf jedoch recht häufig, so dass zwei Bettdecken angebrachter gewesen wären - hat aber trotzdem alles gut geklappt.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, Betten waren top. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. In die Altstadt kann man mit dem Bus, dieser hält direkt vor dem Haus, oder man läuft den 1. Kilometer. Gaststätten gibt es in der nähe reichlich. Nur zu empfehlen...

Cons:

Die Bahnlinie ist direkt gegenüber, bei offen Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr gut Klimatisiert.
