The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable.

Ok but will be choosing another hotel in future.
Pros:

Location to the University of Mississippi and highway.

Cons:

The room was hardly clean. The bathroom shower had stains and rust throughout it. Hallway carpet was extremely dirty. Elevator always sounded like it was gonna fall apart when going between floors. Didn’t appreciate the only picnic table on the property having construction workers who I guess were staying smoking a lot of weed which made it truly uncomfortable to walk to and from car at night.
