Pros:

Loved the short walk/drive to the beach and also liked that it was central to most places like the outlets and Walmart.

Cons:

Did not like the fact that the people upstairs were letting their child jump around from 11 pm until maybe 12 or 1230 am. I did complain about it, but, thankfully, the guests left on Sunday.
I also did not like that the rooms were not cleaned and the bed wasn't made, but somehow the towels were always missing when we would come back.

Nothing stands out

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Constantly running out of coffee all 6 days. The breakfast area was poorly attended and was always low on food items. One day they ran out of plates and coffee lids! When we’ve were leaving at 6:30 am there were no carts.

Estaba muy sucio, los pasillos del 4 piso apestan horrible a humedad y suciedad, el aire acondicionado en nuestro cuarto no funcionaba bien, además de que hacía muchísimo ruido que no nos dejaba descansar, las cortinas no podían estar oscuras la luz también nos impedía un buen descanso, las almohadas están tan delgadas de tanto uso

We were pleasantly surprised this property. Great location, clean, well appointed, nice pool, terrific staff, nice brea
Pros:

New property, near the beach. Friendly, responsive staff (Thanks Paul!). Lots of parking, easy access, free breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast was mobbed. Not LaQuinta’s fault. It was tasty and offered lots of variety - roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, etc. great selection.
