My stay was okay.
Pros:

I thought the bathroom was subpar and outdated, the size of the room was to be expected per listed pictures.

Cons:

I did not like the old style bathroom, with the traditional tub, I would prefer a walk in shower. I asked before booking to re-ensure this was available and I was told it would be and it was not.

Pros:

The location is good, the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are terrible, just eggs, no vegetables or fruits, only apples. We never had breakfast there. The cleaning is also terrible. We were put in a dirty room, the whole floor was covered in garbage and dust, all the furniture was covered in dust. I have a small child who is not walking yet, but only crawling. So I asked to wash the floors in the room, they came, changed the towels and made the beds, but they never washed the floors. And the second time we asked, they didn't wash them again, they washed them only on the 6th day, when we were already checking out.

The staff was friendly. It was in a great location.
Pros:

We loved the location and the aesthetics of the lobby. The wall was a perfect place to take a picture but they had tools and stuff on the floor blocking it so we couldn’t take pictures.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible! They should use both sides of the area to set up breakfast and it should be more than 2 waffle makers. The eggs were powdered and looked terrible. There was no bacon just sausage patties. The orange juice was thin and very watery. Please do better! We will consider coming back if the breakfast will be better. Also we had ants in our room. They were on the desk and in the bathroom.

I will not be staying at this hotel again.
Pros:

I liked the location. It was very close to the beach.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, big dark spots everywhere & trash. The elevator's floor was always wet. The floor in our room had sand everywhere. I got the impression that it was never cleaned before we got the room.

Pros:

The pool and I like how close we were to the beach.

Cons:

It was a roach in my room 222, the tall lamp in the corner is broke. The hotel constantly ran out of towels and wash cloth. I didn’t like they don’t provide liquid creamer for coffee, they just have powder creamer.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Ease of access to the main road. Friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible- only 1 toaster- only offering was eggs, sausage, cereal, bread, yogurt, and waffles
The orange juice was terrible. Our room didn't appear that it had been swept prior to our check in. Coffee stains on the wall by the coffee maker.
