Die beste japanische Toilette!
Sehr einfallsreicher Frühstücksservice (man wählt es am Vortag aus bekommt es dann zur gewünschte Zeit ins Zimmer geliefert)

Perfect hotel experience in Kyoto with all the luxuries and amenities and an amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was great and upgraded our room for free just because it was open. The hotel is small and the staff is very sweet. You almost dissapoint them if you don't take free services or offerings! They were so thoughtful and kind! We loved our room so much and it would be amazing to stay in as a family as well. I love this hotel too much and will stay here again when I go back! It was so luxurious but also practical which is what I love!

Cons:

Nothing!!!! I didn't get enough time here and wish I stayed longer. Those are the regrets I must now live with.

Excellent facilities in hotel
Pros:

Lovely clean room with kitchen area and fridge, good charging points by the bed made it a very easy stay

Cons:

The breakfast was brought to your room at your preferred time, there is no dining room so you eat in the bedroom

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Muso, for 3 nights just before Christmas. We were delighted by this boutique hotel, where we received a warm welcome from all of the staff who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Their recommendations of where to eat and sites to see away from the main tourist locations were invaluable. The room was spacious with excellent amenities and the Japanese styled continental, breakfast which was delivered to our room each morning was delicious. The location in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport was excellent.

Отличный отель
Pros:

Номер просторный для Японии, все очень чисто и комфортно. Есть мини-кухня, капсульная кофемашина. Отель удобно расположен, в пределах получаса ходьбы от императорского дворца, жд станции. До Гиона 15 минут пешком. Метро близко, 7/11 в 20 метрах. Недалеко музей Тимлаб. Очень приветливый персонал в отеле. При заселении все показали в номере с подробными пояснениями, выдали карту, дали советы, где лучше рестораны, куда можно сходить. Поздравили мужа с днем рождения, было очень приятно.

Cons:

Все было хорошо. Из некритичного: нам было непривычно отсутствие шкафа для того, чтобы повесить одежду (есть просто настенная вешалка с плечиками и комод). Но в принципе, мы обошлись и без него.
