Номер просторный для Японии, все очень чисто и комфортно. Есть мини-кухня, капсульная кофемашина. Отель удобно расположен, в пределах получаса ходьбы от императорского дворца, жд станции. До Гиона 15 минут пешком. Метро близко, 7/11 в 20 метрах. Недалеко музей Тимлаб. Очень приветливый персонал в отеле. При заселении все показали в номере с подробными пояснениями, выдали карту, дали советы, где лучше рестораны, куда можно сходить. Поздравили мужа с днем рождения, было очень приятно.

Amazing host, so very friendly and helpful and an absolutely stunning room. Very central to everything. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

This was our favorite hotel from our three weeks in Japan! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Ryota who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-stocked, and it was super quiet. The location was excellent, very walkable. When I return to Kyoto, this will absolutely be where I stay.

There’s so many good things to say. It is very quiet at night, but if you walk a few blocks, you can enjoy the city vibe with many different kinds of shops. It really close to every site by walk or transportation. The staff are very friendly, especially the manager, who gave us helpful tips about the area and walk us around the room. Breakfast is a big plus, I really enjoyed my matcha lattes every morning. The in-room jacuzzi is also a huge bonus with 7 eleven just 30 seconds away.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

The staff were so kind, especially Ryota and his manager Ryo. The location is close to the man Shijo shopping area. Although I cannot eat meat or wheat the staff kindly provided me with alternatives.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating and provided great recommendations. The family suite for the 5 of us was very spacious with a nice sitting area and a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. They not only provided bottled water that was provided daily, bottled green tea, fruity bubbly water, beer, sake, were also provided which we really enjoyed. The family suite had a single bathroom but it still worked well for our family since there were two sinks and the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. There was also a hot tub next to the shower which we took turns relaxing in a couple at a time.Notable was the great quality of shampoo and conditioner they provided. They also provided an assortment of toiletries. We loved having this family suite so we could hang out and chat, play card games, and eat together. Every morning light breakfast was provided which was a pastrami sandwich on one day, hotdog the next, and red bean sandwich the third morning with choice of coffee, cafe latte, matcha, matcha latte, orange juice, or apple juice, delivered at a scheduled time to our room in the morning. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Kyoto.
