Pros:

Hilfsbereiter Check-In auch sehr spät. Sonderwünsche waren bei der Zimmerauswahl auf Nachfrage möglich.

Cons:

Glastüren (auch wenn Milchglas) zum Bad waren nicht "ideal"

Das Haus ist klar gegliedert und übersichtlich, die Zimmer ausreichend groß und funktional.

Cons:

Leider hat der Zimmerservice (wie beim letzten Aufenthalt auch) einmal den Servicewunsch übersehen.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist ausreichend differenziert, aber doch recht Standard und ohne jeden besonderen Charme.

Pros:

Ich fande das Design vom Zimmer toll. Die gemütlich gestalte lobby und das Highlight war die Softeismaschine.

Cons:

Das am Bett nur an einer Seite eine Steckdose war. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist natürlich das Waschbecken im Raum.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße. Bei geschlossenen Fenster war das kein Problem, sobald das Fenster offen war, war der Verkehrslärm viel zu laut.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück auch vegane Alternativen. Auch Sonntagmorgen bekamen wir einen Kaffee, das Hotel ist 24/7 besetzt, man kann online einchecken, das ist sehr einfach, bei Problemen ist aber auch immer jemand da. Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal dort und würden auch wieder einchecken.

Cons:

Die Akkustik im Frühstücks- oder Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr laut, dort könnten durch Pflanzen die Sitzbereiche etwas mehr getrennt sein.
