Tolle Hotel
Pros:

Moderne Zimmer, sehr gute Klimaanlage und sauberes Bad. Das Bett war bequem, die Bettwäsche sehr edel. Es ist funktional, Waschbecken im Schlafbereich, Dusche und Toilette separat, dennoch ist alles irgendwie schön und stimmig. Tolles Hotel, was ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werde. Erwähnenswert ist der Check in, den man komplett alleine durchführt. So kann man kommen, wann man will und ist nicht abhängig von einer geführten Rezeption.

I did not have breakfast

Cons:

When I got to my room it was lovely but there was a loud buzzing noise in the room - I spoke to receptionist who said it was NORMAL and to close the bathroom door n the noise would stop in 10 minutes - really ???? I laughed but closed the bathroom door and waited 1 HOUR to no avail - I went back to her and advised her - she said there was no rooms available- si I asked for my money back and said I would go somewhere else - she then phoned her manager n suddenly there was another room opposite my my available - I had to move all my things to the other room . . . then they forgot to place milk and coffee in my room . . . Also there was another manager (apparent) there she had a headscarf - who was soo unfriendly and a face like a smacked bottom - there was no need for that - front office staff should be friendly and welcoming and should be trained for that - I thought . . .

Pros:

Schönes, moderes Design. Sehr nettes Personal in Gestalt des Barkeepers, der mir beim Self-Check-In am Computer half. Sehr angenehme Parkgarage - und mit € 14 nicht überteuert.

Cons:

Man kommt abends endlich an und erfährt: Es gibt kein richtiges Restaurant, lediglich Eintopf - neuerdigs Bowl genannt - wahrscheinlich aus der Getriertruhe. Der kleine SB-Kaufmannsladen bietet auch nur ungesunde Snacks. Die Matratze, offenbar Kaltschaum, fand ich sehr unbequem. Die Kopfkissen ebenso, zu klein und zu hart: Keine gute Schlafqualität. Das morgendliche Frühstück war auch nicht so doll.

Style und Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Ich finde es doof nicht persönlich empfangen zu werden, sondern eine Maschine zu bedienen. Und es ist doof, wenn man zum Frühstück nicht ausreichend Sitzplätze hat.

Bitte gebt dem Service Personal an der Rezeption ihr "lächeln" zurück und spart hier nicht am Personal, denn dieser Bereich macht euer Hotel "menschlich und liebenswert"
Online eincheckmodul war für meine Eltern 84 j. Und 80j. nicht möglich ..., das ist ein Quatsch und ziemlich ärgerlich...
