Pros:

The Breakfast

Cons:

Wouldn't Recommend. The room smells of MOLD and the receptionist is nasty and rude. I had plans on extending my stay but, they kept calling me and banging on my door. The receptionist pressured me to make a decision after spending over $300 in two days. The Breakfast is good. But to stay for ONE NIGHT AND THATS IT. Change the receptionist to someone more Welcoming that fits the Katy Area

Simple, practical and clean hotel. Fair pricing even during Fifa WorldCup season.
Pros:

Friedliy staff, simple, clean room, practical location for someone who needs to stay in West-Houston / Katy. Quick access to interstate, nearby restaurants, supermarkets and malls. I checked out earlier and hotel staff was very diligent and supportive to accelerate the partial refund of the Pre-Paid amount with Booking (which is not a simple process).

Cons:

Super slow WiFi. Nearly unusable. I ended up using my own international 5G via Roaming.

The breakfast was ok. Our room was huge and comfortable

Pool, beds, cold air. Good location.

Cons:

No hot water. Didn't get offered another room. And was told that I would get compensated for not having hot water. It didn't happen. 😡

The room has an odor trying to rectify the situation. The staff said it was from the ac, the room humidity levels were high. The shrubs were in the walkway over the sidewalk
