Recepce funguje od 8 do 18hodin, personál je usměvavý a ochotný. Výtah není a schody si vyšlápnete, ale není to náročné, teplá voda teče a kavárna je kouzelná. Poloha top. Rozhodně doporučuji😉

Personnel arrangeant avec les horaires du petit-déjeuner pour notre départ/excursion

Google maps ne trouve pas l'hôtel et même les taxis 🚕 ne nous a pas déposé au bon endroit

Well appointed rooms. Service can be improved.
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful designed and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was super clean.

Cons:

The location was still about a kilometre from the main Phuket old town and the street with the hotel entrance is not the best. Also the hotel mode is sled service - so you life your own bags to the room (no lift) and you need to go down to order breakfast etc. so not your usual hotel experience.

Great clean and modern hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Location is 5 minutes from the clock tower and walking markets in Phuket old town.
