Lovely stay, fantastic location. Would use this hotel again if we came back to Leeds.

Great location, 5 mins from the train station.

Pros:

Fabulous building, great location in the city centre, lovely rooms, friendly staff - wish we enjoyed more of the hotel's hospitality. I needed to leave at 5am for a very early train back to London, and the train station was literally round the corner (or two), just over 5-min walk. Will be back when in Leeds, thank you!

Beautiful, luxurious and relaxing
Pros:

The refurbishment is beautiful. Staff are lovely. Room spacious with great facilities. Breakfast generous. They set up space to watch the football.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast items were rather dry and tasteless. A gym area would be great.

Can't wait to come back!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The refurbishment is stunning, the room was spotless, huge comfy bed, great shower, amazing breakfast. Location was great, and on site parking was a bonus...though I think we were lucky enough to get the last spot on a saturday evening.
The staff were even nice enough to get a room set up with the England game on with some free popcorn and crisps. While every bar in Leeds was full of football fans, it was like we had VIP treatment.
Once of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in recent memory, and one that's been added to the list of "must come back soon" for my wife and I.

Stay in Leeds for graduation ceremony
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast and lovely decor.

Cons:

Limited parking and we were told no facility to stop and unload baggage, so had to carry our luggage from Q park to hotel. Bedrooms on small side and only one lift, which was very slow.
