Pros:

Absolutely lovely staff we couldn't find the hotel wen we got to Leeds so phoned the hotel for directions the gentleman who answered came and met us and took us to the hotel Absolutely brilliant thank you so much that in it self made our day .the hotel is beautiful smells lovely and is spotless a beautiful hotel we love the front as you go in so open and the staircase wow 👌.

Generally a comfy stay!
Pros:

Big bed and very comfy though did have to pay for the upgrade. Abbie in guest relations was great in organising the cake for us. Air con fab and in-room treats were excellent. Hair dryer is very powerful and the bathroom shower products lovely. Great location close to the train station. Thanks for storing our case whilst we went round Leeds.

Cons:

No atmosphere...the bar was empty other than us, and drinks were very expensive. They said all rooms had been refurbished but difficult to see where our room had been done up! Lots of traffic noise so disturbed sleep. Higher floor may have been better.
