Gorgeous hotel in great location!
Didn't love the hard pillows or the glass collection at 5am.
Beautiful hotel , food was delicious , we particularly liked the extra touches with the snacks and drinks in our room .
It can be quite noisy due to the city location but the hotel can’t do anything about the outside noise so if you want a peaceful stay this is not the place for you

The hotel decor was beautiful. Really gorgeous interiors, room was great. There was lovely little touches, like crisps, chocolate, glass bottle of milk for teas/coffees etc.
We paid for breakfast deal when booking and was good value for money.
Staff were lovely and was a great central location very close to everything.
Everything was very clean and new. The bed was really comfortable. Location was really central and close to everything.
The refurbishment had not included the windows. The window was ill fitting and we were above the service entrance so early morning noise. When it was windy the window actually rattled. The room was very small would have been fine for 1 but as a couple we could pass each other at end of bed or to get to bathroom. No drawers for clothes
Premium room was fantastic. Great size, high ceilings and windows made it feel really airy. Well equipped.
It was slightly noisy as a bus stop under the window which seemed to be quite frequent. Usual city noises.
It was one of the best stays I’ve had in Leeds. The hotel was modern and great. I would definitely visit again. It was great value for money.

The hotel hosts parties / balls - when we were there it was for uni students both nights and was like sleeping in a nightclub. Also couldn’t enjoy the bar area as the “ballroom” is right next to it with no soundproofing, and I couldn’t use the toilets in the lobby as the students were using them to film tiktok dances.
Really stylish, luxurious and fantastic value for money! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the bedroom luxe with so many welcoming touches, and the breakfast 5 star
The staff were friendly upon arrival. The room was emasculate and very modern, with good facilities. Lovely breakfast in the morning and near the station.
The only negative is that it was very loud at 6am during to rubbish pick up. I know this can’t be helped as it’s in the city centre.
Quick check in. The room was better than expected, I think I must have had an upgrade! It was very clean and quiet, with plenty of drinks - water, coffee machine, tea, fresh milk, biscuits and herbal tea. The shower was excellent, plenty of toiletries. Downstairs the lobby was nicely laid out and comfortable. I would definitely book again.
Breakfast buffet was good, not great, scrambled eggs were overcooked, and mushrooms tasted very odd. Most guests appeared to be on business or at a conference, but that's fine. The room looked over the back of the hotel onto the functional areas, but I suppose if it had overlooked the road it would have been noisier.
