La atencion de la recepcionista fue un poco ruda, al momento de ver el cuarto olia a cigarro, por lo que tuvimos que pagar el doble para hospedarnos en el Panoramico, mas limpio pero con problemas de plomeria el agua estaba tibia en la regadera, el restaurant muy rico almuerzo, solo falto un poco mas de servicio ya que solo se enfocaron en los vales y no nos ofrecieron algo mas a pesar de que preguntamos por otra bebida ( agua de horchata ) nos dijo que no solo la bebida ( agua de jamaica ), quisiera que nos ofrecieran a todos el mismo trato... Gracias

Lo único que no me gustó es que la TV del cuarto era viejísima, ni siquiera plasma, hacía un ruido de interferencia que no permitía escuchar adecuadamente la programación. Igual sacrificable hasta cierto punto.

EL HOTEL ESTA EN TÉRMINOS GENERALES BUENO LAS HABITACIONES MUY CÓMODAS PERO EL RESTAURANTE ES PÉSIMO OFRECEN DESAYUNO BUFETE Y SE ÁPARECE UN MESERO CON 2 O 3 OPCIONES FRÍAS Y A LA CARTA PEOR ES MUY MALA LA COMIDA Y POR SU UBICACION NO HAI MAS OPCIONES SERCA

Amplias instalaciones con muchos servicios como alberca, parrillas, restaurante y por supuesto un mirador a la ciudad. El staff es muy amable y servicial. Excelente opción cerca de muchos sitios, incluyendo la central de autobuses.
