Pros:

Eine glatte Zehn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Eltern der Eigentümer. Das Essen war schmackhaft und reichlich...
Man kann sich mit "Händen und Füßen" verständigen. Fragt nach Ausflügen, der Vater hat Kontakte.
Wer kein eigenes Fahrzeug hat, ist ein wenig abgeschieden untergebracht, dafür ist es ruhig.

Alles in allem gab es nichts negatives für uns

Pros:

Sehr nette Eltern vom Gastgeber. Leider konnten wir uns fast nicht verständigen da sie fast kein Englisch konnten. Aber sie haben alles gegeben, uns täglich mit einem anderen einheimischen Frühstück verwöhnt. Einmal hatten wir auch das Abendessen da, was sehr gut war. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb und sehr ruhig. Einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten, riesengrosses, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Wlan funktionierte zur Zeit nicht.

Pros:

Le lieu est très beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres et surtout les parents de Jaye sont très accueillants et la cuisine est très bonne !

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön in einem kleinem Wäldchen gelegen und super ausgestattet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Insektennetze und saubere Betten. Die GastgeberInnen sind super freundlich, obwohl sie kaum Englisch sprechen. Die Kommunikation hat trotzdem problemlos geklappt.
Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man in Habarana unterkommen möchte!

Pros:

Jaye and his wife are excellent hosts. They were really friendly, helpful and super flexible with our requirements (check in, check out, meal times). They helped us arrange all the trips and gave a lot of good advice. Highly recommended!

Very affordable and perfect for a 1/2 night stay
Pros:

Owners were really accommodating, we arrived late with takeaway and they provided plates and cutlery for us to eat in their restraunt. It is a 3 minute drive from the main road on a dirt track but not too much of a problem. Room was basic, but fine.

Shower was mildly warm

Einfache Unterkunft mit gutem Essen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen einfach gehalten. Dafür ist das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis sehr gut.
Über den Betten sind Moskitonetze vorhanden, was praktisch ist. Zudem gibt es auch Zimmer mit zwei Betten (und zwei Moskitonetze).
Mit dem Tuktuk sind es ca. 5 Minuten zum Zentrum und den Restaurants.
Man kann aber auch in der Unterkunft essen, was uns sehr geschmeckt hat.

Cons:

Ein WLAN wurde uns nicht angeboten bzw. haben wir keines „gefunden“.
Der WC-Deckel war zwar sauber, aber völlig verfärbt, was nicht so angenehm ist.

Outstanding hosts, beautiful little farm
Pros:

What a gem of a place! The couple are so sweet and caring. The meals are prepared almost entirely with produce from their little farm. They even took me on a little walk around the neighbourhood and introduced me to the neighbours. Absolutely gorgeous, amazing food, and outstanding value for money.

Nette Unterkunft in der Nähe von Habarana
Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegte Einrichtung. Es gibt Abendessen und Frühstück. Das Frühstück war weniger als wir es sonst gewohnt waren, aber gut. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, sprechen aber leider kein Englisch. Mit Google Übersetzer und mit Hand und Fuß, klappt es aber!

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig außerhalb von Habarana. Aber mit Tuktuk kommt man schnell zum Bahnhof oder zum Zentrum.

A total pleasure
Pros:

It’s a rural idyll. Very kind and thoughtful hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. We were served a lovely Sri Lankan breakfast and evening meal. Some of the produce was from the garden. Would definitely recommend

Cons:

The road immediately outside was muddy and impassable by car so we had to walk a short way, our host insisting on carrying our bags. Not really a hardship but a nuisance and out of their control.
