El ruido que no podimos dormir, a las cuatro de la mañana empezaron a descargar barras de hierro para montar mercadillo todo al rededor del hotel justo delante de las ventanas que estábamos entresuelo.

Pros:

Hotel perto do Centro Histórico. As camareiras deixavam faltar shampoo, sabonete e etc. Tinhamos que pedir pra recepção que prontamente disponibilizavam. O café da manhã maravilhoso, opções pra todos os gostos. Nos deixaram num andar que a vista era feia, pro patio com maquinas de ar condicionado que faziam barulho.

Cons:

Vista do quarto muito feia pelo custo do hotel. Faltavam anemidades.

Goede ligging, dichtbij parkeren ruime kamers

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik had ontbijt bijgeboekt omdat mij vooraf expliciet was verteld dat mijn hond mee de ontbijtzaal in mocht. Als dat niet mogelijk was geweest, had ik zonder probleem ergens in de stad ontbeten.

Tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik pas tijdens het ontbijt te horen dat honden volgens de hotelregels helemaal niet zijn toegestaan in de ontbijtzaal. Dit is niet alleen slechte communicatie, maar ook misleidend richting gasten die bewust op basis van deze informatie boeken.

Als ‘oplossing’ werd er een tafel voor mij gedekt in een afgelegen ruimte. Hoewel ik begrijp dat sommige hotels regels hebben rondom huisdieren in de ontbijtzaal, verwacht ik wel dat dit vooraf eerlijk en duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd. Gasten laten betalen voor ontbijt onder verkeerde informatie en dit pas ter plekke corrigeren, is simpelweg onprofessioneel en klantonvriendelijk

Super en voor herhaling vatbaar

Pros:

De ligging is fantastisch, alles op loopafstand

Cons:

We boekten een 3 persoonskamer, echter maar 2 bedden en handdoeken voor 2. Er werd een opklapbedje bij gezet, we hadden 3 volwaardige bedden verwacht.
Telefoon op kamer werkte niet, een van de bedden zat een poot los, haren in de badkamer.
