Lovely hotel in town centre with great staff and great breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was very good. We were on the corner of the town centre and the stay was lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately we did have troubles with the room keys and our original room door would not lock. We were moved to another room quickly but we also had the issue that the cleaning staff would not close the door properly after cleaning the room. The door was quite stiff so hard to shut - needs to be forced shut. This was okay ultimately as the safe was secure - but this should be sorted out for future guests.

Leuk hotel, je loopt zo de stad in.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. En de faciliteiten waren prima. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel.

Cons:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk maar niet handig bij inchecken.
Zo hadden wij 3 kamers geboekt, 1 superior voor onszelf en 2 standaard 2pk voor onze kinderen. Wij waren 20 jaar getrouwd en dat ook doorgegeven. Voor alle kamers wilden we graag een doos bonbons laten klaarzetten op de kamer.
Bij inckecken liet de dame aan het hele gezelschap weten, "oh die 3 kamers met de chocolade"....dat was dus niet handig.
Verder kregen mijn man en ik een standaard kamer en 1 vd kinderen de superior kamer. Toen we erachter kwamen konden we alle bagage overhevelen naar de juiste kamer op verschillende etages. Ook de liftkaart deed het niet dus konden we weer terug naar de receptie. Dat heeft onnodig veel tijd gekost.

Prima hotel, mooie kamers, prima ontvangst, goed ontbijt en centrale locatie nabij parkeergarage.
Pros:

Alles was ok, van ontvangst, tot kamer, ontbijt en locatie van het hotel.

Cons:

Het herstel van de douche van de kamer van onze vrienden. De douchekop viel uit de houder, omdat deze stuk was. Het herstel 's ochtends gemeld, echter bleek 's avonds niet herstelt. Als compensatie werd er een tegoedbon uitgeschreven voor een ontbijt te gebruiken in een NH- hotel binnen 6 maanden.
De inchekctijd kan wel enigszins vlotter.

L'emplacement. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

La vue, mobilier vieillot, ustensiles de la salle de bain mal fixé, vasque lavabo fêlé, pas de pression eau de la douche. L'éclairage de la chambre est inexistant.

All in all the hotel is recommended.
Pros:

Room was adequate and clean. Like in the description.
Online check-in is useless in my opinion as you need to show your documents and do some administration anyway at the reception. It did not save time for us. There was no toilet brush due to “hygenic issues”. Well the rest of the world is just doing fine with it I guess.
All in all I can recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The communication between staff members could be improved. I asked not to clean my room at the reception, yet it has been cleaned. Not a serious issue.

Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De luxe kamer met het heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet en de ideale lokatie. Parkeren in de ondergrondse garage op 150 mtr van het hotel.
