We arrived to a lovely welcome,room was beautiful,had some lunch it wS beautiful,well impressed,organised us a cab on both nights as we went into town,Second night er spoke to Ned,a young Barman with alot of potential,bar area is small but a beautiful area in lobby that you can also use with comfort,We stay and review alot of places we have been in,and this was definitely up there

Cons:

Maybe some nice music in the bar area and nice lower lighting,we sat at the bar but had to talk low,as people were dining near us....Unfortunately we didnt get to use the pool.Maybe next time

Extremely enjoyable - Staff made it
Pros:

It was a lovely stay, staff allowed us to check in earlier to change into our tuxedos in the room as we were there for a wedding ! Facilities especially pool was great and the bar and food was delicious . Couldn’t fault it

Cons:

We booked for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day so it was a high room rate but to be expected , it’s the same all over

Accettabile, ci tornerei con la speranza di avere camera e trattamento leggermente diverso

Bella posizione ottima colazione check in e receptionist serale ottima

Cons:

Asciugamano sporco al mio arrivo ma rimpiazzato con scuse e gentilezza dalla receptionist in turno, camera adiacente senza insonorizzazione con porta comunicante vecchia porta d’ingresso camera vecchia quindi non molta privacy e silenzio 6 fazzoletti di numero in bagno dovuto usare la carta igienica check out receptionist al telefono completamente ignorato anche se avrei voluto fare presente il problema rumore e fazzoletti ma ho dovuto lasciare la chiave senza poter parlare.

Peace and quiet with a view
Pros:

Room - end of corridor 340 was PERFEECT - thankyou to lovely lady on reception at 8.30pm Sunday 8th Feb. She switched me to a quieter room and it was much appreciated.

Garden - lovely. View nice from higher floors.

Excellent hotel for stay with dog
Pros:

Excellent hotel to stay with your dog. Nice large clean room leading directly into lovely garden area, with seating for good weather. Meals can be taken either in room, or in a designated area inside the hotel with your dog. We only had breakfast during our stay, it was very tasty and fresh, cooked well and served hot, with good menu options. The staff were all friendly and helpful, quick to answer any queries. Good parking, close to all amenities. Great value for money and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again with or without our dog.

This was just ok - it was very expensive for what we got. The room was very small.
Cons:

Breakfast was OK. They ran out of most items - sausages etc and it took a while to top them all up. My son opted for pancakes which were completely store bought - despite an ad that made iit look like they were homemade. Very disappointing.
