Pros:

Good location nice staff

Cons:

Dinner was cold meat very tough you could pull a tractor with it did not eat there second night of stay room very small and basic no way like the rooms on the website I would rate the hotel more of a 3 star than 4 and I stay in lots of hotels

Good but could be improved.
Pros:

Lovely leisure centre and nice breakfast. Nice relaxed atmosphere with lots of areas off the reception to relax in.

Cons:

The bedroom and corridors were very dated and need a revamp. The dinner in the bar for the 3 of us wasn’t very nice and took a long time to arrive.

Just brilliant.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. So great, so professional. This alone inspires trust before you see your room. Very professional. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet looking out onto lovely gardens and the Atlantic in the distance. Will definitely go back. And of course, delicious buffet breakfast, also with fast and friendly service.

Cons:

would have been nice to stay for another night! Really hard to find something to be critical of in this hotel. Even at this time of year, it was so nice when you drive through the entrance and see the groomed gardens. Lovely.

Pros:

Staff were friendly. Pool, sauna, steam room and gym were good and included in the price. We didn't use the restaurant but the bar and breakfast were good.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioner unit somewhere nearby.

Very relaxing.
Pros:

Location very good. Able to walk down to Salthill easily. But bus stop outside into Galway city as well. Food very good and breakfast.room very clean and comfortable. Would go again. Leisure centre as well.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

We are a north Dublin soccer team and we’re just back from a weekend in The lovely Ardilaun Hotel in Galway. Huge thanks to all the staff and management for a great stay. The team and coaches were made feel so welcome couldn’t do enough for all. Facilities were excellent and the food especially the Breakfast was excellent.

Holiday in Galway
Pros:

We arrived in Galway on the 25th of February and stayed in the Ardilaun hotel till the 27th the hotel is lovely the gardens are beautiful and very well maintained the breakfast each morning was lovely and the evening meal we had was lovely too. The foyer when you walk through the automatic doors is magnificent. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Service was second to none Will be back there again shortly.
