Staff - internet system was down which complicated everything for the staff, but they remained cheerful and helpful in spite of everything. I applaud them for how they dealt with the situation!!

Cons:

Internet situation, but that was an outside situation and not the fault of the hotel or staff.

1 star for a multitude of reasons but number 1 was room smelled of wet dirty dog.

Well let’s see, the side doors were unlocked all night so not very secure.

The room smelled overwhelming like a wet stinky dog, it was terrible but we were too tired to go find another room.

The bathroom was dirty as in mold and dirt and dust. The elevators and floors were dirty. Breakfast was ok, I mean it was a free breakfast. 1 star because of all of the above. Do better holiday inn would NOT recommend staying here!!

Trotz sauberer, moderner und komfortabler Zimmer wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das eintönige Frühstück und den teilweise
Pros:

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit des Hotels und der Zimmer sowie die sehr bequemen Betten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern ausgestattet und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend war das Housekeeping, das einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt haben uns vor allem der Komfort, die moderne Ausstattung und der gepflegte Zustand des Hotels sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet, das insgesamt sehr eintönig und wenig abwechslungsreich war. Zudem wurden fehlende Speisen teilweise erst nach längerer Zeit nachgefüllt.

Auch der Service konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen. Eine der Rezeptionistinnen war im Umgang mit uns sehr reserviert und wenig kundenzugewandt. Zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt war die Rezeption längere Zeit nicht besetzt, sodass wir warten mussten.

Besonders unangenehm empfanden wir das Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück. Obwohl wir noch beim Essen waren, wurden wir aufgefordert, aufzustehen und uns an einen anderen Platz zu setzen. Die Art und Weise, wie dies kommuniziert wurde, empfanden wir als unfreundlich und wenig gastorientiert.

Insgesamt haben diese Erfahrungen unseren ansonsten positiven Eindruck vom Hotel leider deutlich getrübt.
