宿泊前の電話対応が高圧的で残念でした

移動中にホテルを予約し、確認したいことがあったため電話をしました。しかし、対応したスタッフから「ホームページに載っています。見ましたか」ときつい口調で指摘されました。

その後、あらためてホームページを確認し、記載内容を理解したうえで説明しましたが、こちらの認識が間違っているという指摘を繰り返され、肝心の確認したかったことについて十分に話すことができませんでした。

終始、高圧的で攻撃的な口調に感じられ、非常に不快な思いをしました。宿泊前の問い合わせに対して、もう少し丁寧で落ち着いた対応をしていただきたかったです。
