Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Ne recommande pas.
Pros:

L’emplacement et l’accès au ponton (qu’il faut se renseigner soi même pour le découvrir)

Cons:

Le bruit, on entendait tout à travers les murs, le petit déjeuner était très décevant (les gens en dehors de l’hôtel qui prenaient les mêmes plats que nous, ils recevaient des plus grandes quantités) et d’ailleurs le choix était très restreint (soit des œufs ou deux pancakes) sans parler de l’attitude du personnel du service du petit déjeuner. Coïncidence ou pas chaque fois après le petit déjeuner, j’avais une intoxication alimentaire. De plus l’équipement de la petite cuisine était minable, l’eau du robinet ne coulait même pas et il y’avait trois fois rien.

Situation à 100 mètres du bord de mer et ses restaurants, à 100 mètres de la place animée du village .

Cons:

Attitude désagréable des jeunes filles gérant le kayak pour un retard de 20 minutes dû à de mauvaises conditions météo

Un lugar cómodo y céntrico para transportarse

La locación es buena, cerca de restaurantes, farmacias y muelles públicos.

Cons:

Su beach club no es cerca, caminas casi 20 minutos para llegar. Al llegar te mencionan que durante toda tu estancia solo puedes usar una vez su kayak o tablas de paddle. En el beach club tienen muy poca variedad de bebidas y comida

Comodo ma migliorabile
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e luminosa.
Posizione buona, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Bacalar. Dalla stazione ADO sono circa 20 minuti a piedi.
L'Hotel non si trova in una via molto "viva" ma comunque l'ho trovata sicura, anche la sera.
La struttura ha un'accesso alla laguna, ma si trova a circa 20/30 minuti a piedi dall'Hotel e chiude molto presto (alle 17:00), quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare questo servizio.

Cons:

La colazione è stata molto "basic" e nonostante il nostro arrivo all'orario riportato nei ticket, il personale è stato abbastanza scortese nel vederci arrivare 15min dopo l'inizio della colazione, come se ci fossimo presentati troppo presto.
Nessuno parla inglese nella struttura, quindi la comunicazione non è semplice e viene chiesto di pagare immediatamente all'arrivo.

Good location, but not worth the price
Pros:

The hotel has a good location, and the breakfast was fine for a short stay. The shower itself had warm water and strong water pressure, which we appreciated.

Cons:

The were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom had mold all around the toilet, which was unpleasant. The room was very large, but it showed a lot of signs of wear and felt quite run-down.

The bed was extremely soft — so much so that it felt like being swallowed by the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The humidity in the room was also very bad; our clothes constantly felt wet and developed a musty smell.

This was the most expensive place we stayed during our month of traveling in Mexico, and unfortunately it was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

Had a good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Good value for the money and the location is fantastic being centrally located to the city square and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was simple, but good.

Cons:

WiFi coverage was not great and could not connect while in the upper floor rooms. The room door knob was loose and took a bit of time to get the key to work. An easy fix, so hopefully staff will correct in the future.

Muy rico el desayuno, la ubicación es muy buena, ellos dan un acceso a Club de playa que esta super lindo, muy limpio, buen servicio, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí

Pros:

Très grande chambre et lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (choix entre pancakes ou des œufs toasts).
Le ponton un peu plus loin est très sympa avec l’accès au kayak pour 2h (les gilets de sauvetages pourraient par contre être mieux entretenus, tellement sales qu’on les a enlevé après avoir fait un arrêt dans l’eau).

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación inmediato hay restaurantes, las chicas en recepción muy amables. Hay tienda de abarrotes cerca por si, olvidaste algo en tu maleta. El desayuno rico. Aunque solo estuve una noche

Hébergement bien mais sans plus (aspect intérieur un peu vieillissant, kitchenette très limitée malgré tout, le logement est fonctionnel), petit-déjeuner correct (même si le personnel n'est face très commercial pour un changement mineur).
Bonne situation pour se promener à pied.

Situation parfaite
Pros:

Situation, places de parking devant, piscine, personnel, confort des lits, bonne douche, bonne wifi, frigo en chambre et mini bouteilles d’eau, très bon petit déjeuner
Offre de sortir en kayak sur la lagune très appréciée
