Nice quiet place
Pros:

This hotel has the rooms around a pool and parking area so less road noise. The bed was softer than most Mexican beds and a nice surprise given the price. No breakfast but Oxxo across the street and at the edge of the taco strip. Good TV and WiFi. Front desk pleasant and limited English but this really isn't a likely a tourist town. Clean and birds singing. Good looking restaurant/bar across the street that I did not eat at.

Is new but room without ventilation
Pros:

This hotel is new, very very basic, I ended up staying here after the big Montroi did not honor my reservation and sent me to this one. I think it might be a strategy to get customers for this hotel. It would not be so bad it they had some ventilation in the rooms or bathrooms, there was no ventilation at all and that makes it stinky. Towels should be better, I do not understand how a new hotel has old towels???? Does not make any sense. If they fix these 2 big issues this would be a very good option for overnight customers, nothing fancy.
