What's not to like?
Breakfast was excellent. Pool,hot tub, and gym were exceptional 👌
Some of the things were outdated and needed a deep clean
Came to check in , staff wasn’t helpful atall ….had to cancel my reservation and leave …..
Never again will I book at the Hilton @ the Meadowvale location though I have stayed previously many time , staff were different and very pleasant to deal with, but now , it’s different …staff don’t care anymore !
The staff , including the manager , not helpful atall , think he needs more of customer service training

I have to pay for parking, while I am pay $300 foe one night stay. No breakfast included.
This is a Hilton and you cannot find too many issues. The room was very clean, the breakfast was absolutely amazing.
A bit far from downtown but very well located for heading to Niagara Falls.
La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama impecable y muy cómoda, además la tv cuenta con Netflix donde el huésped puede ingresar su cuenta fácilmente.
El personal de la recepción muy amable y hablaba español, lo que se agradece.
Que el estacionamiento se paga aparte y no tiene tarifa preferencial para huéspedes.

The location is great, and the swimming pool with the slide made the child's stay unforgettable. The restaurant offered nice meals, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Usually, Hilton has very clean rooms, but this time, we were not that lucky. There were several long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom, and that was pretty gross. Also, there were 2 containers of hair conditioner but no shampoo. Not that I would rely on the hotel hair products, but other guests might find it inconvenient. We were too tired to complain about these things, and I just picked up the hairs and threw them away. By the way, the garbage bag in the bathroom didn't have a plastic bag. This is another thing that I didn't like.
