The vibe
The hotel itself was good with a lot to offer for dining, pools and the grab n go.
There was only a trickle of hot water coming from our shower, the pressure was only good for freezing cold, but as soon as you tried to set it to even Luke warm, the pressure dropped to where you couldn’t even shower.
Clean
Signage on the road hard to find the entrance, didn’t like paying for parking-lots of space there,
Everything was exceptionally clean. Location is right off the 401. Restaurant staff were kind and accommodating special menu.
Parking includes using an app. I didn’t dislike it and they do hand out a pamphlet with information - however we still had to go back and get additional info from the front desk.
Staff, facilities and location.
Noisy. Can hear voices, notices, etc from other rooms/floors. Road noise was very noticeable.

Room was not cleaned - mold and debris in washrooms, dead skin on table next to bed, chips under bed .
No power for outlets in washrooms
Faucet on tub broken and tub was filthy , plug broken
Banging on door and walls all night - sounded like a group of boys running around . Yelling outside door at 1:00am.
We paid extra to upgrade and this is what we received. Far from acceptable, we were disgusted to even stay there.
Excellent accommodations. Even with many groups in the hotel we didn’t hear anything. The Starbucks coffee shop was a nice surprise

Chambre spacieuse, silencieuse, propre et confortable. Déjeuner inclus au-dessus de la moyenne avec d'excellents choix variés et un service à la clientèle excellent.
Climatisation bruyante, pas de casting dans la tv pour projeté notre cellulaire, machine à café médiocre dans la chambre.
